Walking into the Mobile techs based in Platinum mobile was great. They fixed my iPhone 6 for a great price and even discounted me on a tempered glass screen protecter so I don’t break my screen again. Dan and Lev constantly crack jokes and make the store feel like less of an errand and more of a drop-​in. Very satisfied with their work and will continue to be their customer.

Update:
Owner’s gf messaged me and started to harass me instead of apologizing and fixing the screen.
Came to replace screen. Didn’t do it properly and I had black spot on a screen. Came back to fix it and they didn’t honor the warranty. Employee or an owner were nasty. Russian business. Stay away!

So I got my phone fixed about two weeks ago. Even though I bought a new case, when I dropped it again this week the screen cracked. When I called Mobile Techs about the 30 days warranty I was told that a cracked screen was not covered and the manager wasn’t friendly. I was upset because I had no documentation of this.
I posted a negative review on Unilocal and the owner immediately got back to me. He apologized for his employee’s rudeness (fired him) and fixed my screen again at no cost.
I really appreciate the owner’s customer service, thanks again!

I had a very good experience dealing with the staff. I purchased a phone from there and couldn’t be more happier. The staff helped me choose the phone and offered there professional opinion on what type of phone I need based on my user needs and habits. Thanks a bunch guys!

Amazing staff! Very knowledgeable and professional while also making it feel as if I was dealing with my own family. Dropped off my cracked iPhone in the morning and picked it up completely fixed within a few hours. Will definitely suggest this place to everyone and will for sure be a return customer.

Danny and Lev are very friendly and professional. Same day phone repair and they will even come to you and pick up your damaged phone to repair it and bring it back. How great is that! So glad I found this place and you will be too!

I called and was really excited to hear they would be able to work on my phone the same day! I was extremely upset with how much damage i’ve done to my phone by dropping it but The Mobile Techs have eased all of that by fixing my phone. It is as good as new if not even better AND all of the workers there were a pleasure to do business with. Such sweethearts and amazing phone repair done. Also, couldn’t stop myself from buying a couple of the cute cases and accessories they sell in the store. DEFINITELY recommend!
