The Pool Factory

Very happy with The Pool Factory. After reviewing many above ground pools on other websites I found that they had the best price and a very easy way to choose the products I wanted. Not only was it easy but they had everything I needed and not one piece was missing when the shipment arrived. Our pool has been up for a couple of months now and it is very nice and running fine. Finally realized a lifelong dream of owning a pool! It was easy to browse the different pools online at
– I chose a 54″ tall 15′ x 30′ pool that could be backfilled. It was a little challenging to find someone to install it here in NC but it was still cheaper all the way around than hiring one of the pool companies here that sell and install pools and have no options at all. Going through the Pool Factory I was able to get exactly what I wanted and for a great price – and shipped for free! Had a great summer with my pool. Just had a nice deck put around it and can’t wait till the weather gets warm!

After spending some time looking for pool on the Internet and dealing with clueless pool sales people at Island Recreation and Leslies pools on Long Island.
Who all wanted more money for less quality. I feel that I saved a few hundred dollars vs the other locations, and left with more equipment.
I should have just come here first. This was the fastest painfree sale ever and the price was great .

Island Recreation and Leslies told me 4 weeks for delivery really?

When we decided to go pool shopping, we started with the Long Island staple Island Recreation. Can you say clueless; the 12 year old looking sales guy didn’t know anything. I later discovered most of their pools are cheaply made in China.
Off to Brothers 3 Pools, a superior product but I was shocked by the price and the guy tried to up sell me big time, because I was making it a semi in-​ground, only when I started to walk out did the story change and now the mid range pool was miraculously sufficient for that application.
Like everything I do these days I went home to do research on the net, and these Brooklyn guys kept popping up so I called them. Super professional courteous man named Al gave me a lot of good information. So we decided to ride out there. Very low pressure informative atmosphere!
…and the real kicker is i got the SAME pool as Brothers 3 (they just use different model names), made on long Island (by the Brothers 3 relative that is not an exclusive manufacturer as teir add might imply) for 1,600 less and they gave me a few more bells and whistles and delivered it to LI for free!
If you are in the market for a pool, give them shot its worth the trip, plus you can grab a slice of Brooklyn pizza while your there!
