Here’s an update: I recently had the zippers replaced on an old pair of athletic-type winter boots, and the woman at Tip Top did a really beautiful job. So neat and sturdy! And so quick! Ready in 2 days, even right at Christmas.
BTW, I don’t know why they put all that junk out in front of the store. It’s not indicative of what’s for sale in the store! I promise they don’t really sell old dusty suitcases, flip flips and broken belts.
