I got KEY LIME PIE CARAMELS & GRAHAM CRUMBS 42% MILK CHOCOLATE as gift. It traveled a long way and kind of smashed and melted but I loved it! I was suspicious on the combination but it tasted awesome. It seems you can find their chocolates on Manhattan hotels and Farmer’s markets.
This makes a great gift!

I actually had to create an account to share the bad news about this overpriced chocolate. I bought a Caramel trio at foodease in Chicago. For about $ 6 I got 3 chocolate covered caramels — pecan, key lime, and crème fraîche. I love caramels and I was excited to try these flavors.
Bottom line: the chocolate was bloomed, ashen, and each of the caramel fillings were gritty with crystallized sugar. Don’t waste your money here; these people don’t know what they’re doing.

I’ve only tried the dark chocolate hazelnut praline bar (carried by fresh direct) — it’s delicious. Can’t wait to try other items. Yum
