My family and I have been patients at her practice for the past 3 years… we go about twice a year and we’ve maybe seen the Doctor 2 or 3 times. most of the time we get a cleaning and Dr. Venterina is MIA. After a year, I questioned when my son who was 5 at the time was going to have xrays done and their response was they didn’t take xrays on children. The dr examined his mouth and told me everything was fine. I finally wisened up and took him to a pediatric dentist and discovered 4 cavities in between teeth that aren’t visible without xray. 1 cavity was so deep that he required a pulpotomy! I was going to bring this up to Dr. Venterina at my last appt, but again, I had my cleaning and the staff told me that she would review the xrays later (which I had to remind them I needed) and if there was a problem I would get a call… WTF? What doctor doesn’t examine their patients… needless to say, I will be searching for a new dentist before we all end up needing root canals…

Went to her with a broken tooth, she decided to take a metal pic to put inside of the tooth which had me seeing stars!!! I cannot tell you how loud I screamed and I couldn’t stop crying. I wasn’t able to open my mouth for a week, when I tried it felt like I was chewing a battery. Another time I went for a cleaning and i lose a tooth!!! There was NO sympathy and compassion for me especially it not being my fault. I had to pay for a flipper and all they did was set me up for a bridge or an implant. I shouldn’t have had to pay anything when it wasn’t my fault it happened! I should have been given the implant for free. This place is a disgrace! I told everyone I know not to ever go here. If you want to save money and you teeth this is NOT the place for u. Horrible!!! Just horrible!!! I now have the lowest self esteem due to this case. My tooth she knocked out is noticeable when I talk or smile. When they sent me a survey via email I told them all that I just mentioned. All she did was call me saying she wants to explain my coverage to me. My coverage has nothing to do with what happened. This is a dental malpractice and they will be hearing from my lawyer.
