I’ve been coming here since I was a child and I always have a good experience. Today I got: — The finger combo($ 13.95) which comes with 3 mozzarella sticks, 3 chicken fingers, 3 wings, a ton of fries, and three sauces(honey mustard, ranch, marinara.) Everything was delicious, especially the fries. — Cool Bleu Burger($ 8.95) with bacon for an extra dollar. This was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The bleu cheese was gooey and delicious, the bacon cripsy, and the burger cooked perfect. The service was decent. What I love about the Vegas is its timelessness. I saw a lot of complaints in the reviews about how this place is outdated but I think that’s just part of the charm. The 70s/80s vibe is what makes this place stand out. I love the jukeboxes at every table, just wish they had a wider variety of music. Overall this was a great experience and I will be returning soon.

Great spot to go after a night out. Our favorite dish here is the twin cheeseburger with curly fries. Me and my wife split it. Cheap, fast and delicious!

We went again to Vegas diner for breakfast and the food was nice and hot especially the coffee. The service was very good. The diner was really full today. They deserve the 5 star.

The dishes are okay for a diner and the service could be warmer and more inviting. I ordered the penne alla vodka and my boyfriend ordered the Italiano. The penne was quite tasty and it came with a side of toast, which was perfectly crunchy and flavorful. The spread was a Margherita mix which I thought was absolutely delicious. The sauce was not lacking salt, as many vodka sauces are. The Italiano was okay. It was served with grilled chicken, instead of cold cuts, which was interesting. There was more«hooplah» which is what I call excess stuff, than the actual meat, which is never a good sign.

This is an average diner, greasy spoon. There are many great diners in NYC and New Jersey areas that are better. I wouldn’t go back.

Vegas is hit or miss. It really depends on what you order. Tonight I had the Cobb Salad and it was amazing. Fresh avocado and blue cheese, flavorful though slightly overcooked chicken. Salads are usually a good option. Do not come here if you have a movie to make or need to get home early because you will wait a while to get your check, be served, etc. The crowd here is annoying. Loud people, crying babies, etc. Overall, though, one of the better diners in Brooklyn.

I’ve eaten here over a hundred times over the past 25 years. The food is consistently good. Stands up to any diner. Large portions and cooked well. What else do u want? Going there tomorrow to get cheese-fries with side of gravy. This diner kicks ass! Read the negative reviews… Don’t go to a diner for shrimp scampi! You go to a restaurant for that!

Good olé staple when you’re half drunk, fully incapacitated, and plain dang hungry at 3am. Not cheap for the omelettes and the onion rings aren’t the best but what else are you gonna eat at that hour?

I used to really enjoy this place. Came back here after five years of not visiting and it seems it’s gone way downhill. I agree with the other reviews on here. It’s over priced food that is low quality. I get it that it’s just a diner but that’s not an excuse. The hamburger tasted like a pre made frozen patty. They sell Arizona iced tea for 3 dollars which is outrageous since its 99cents everywhere. I also noticed on the menu that there is a charge if you want to share?! I never heard of such a thing at a diner. It made me laugh out loud. That’s cheap and tacky.

Good food here great hamburgers served here just would have been better if the homefries would have had some taste to them other than that great place excellent food a little bit on the expensive side though But they have been rated#1 Diner in Brooklyn so they are doing something right Definitely worth the money here

To avoid my review going into tips… I need to write something… Expect hair in your food.

One of the last of the original Bensonhurst diners. There was a time many moons ago when this was guido central on the weekends. When the clubs closed for the night, every hair helmet, pointy shoe wearing cugine would head over here for their fix of cheeseburgers and disco fries. Well, those days are long gone, but you can still stop in here and grab the same food. Just standard diner fare mind you, but now you are sitting in history as you eat it. If you put your burger down for a moment and gaze up at the ceiling, listen closely. You can almost hear the voices of Frankie, Joey, Big Petey, Little Petey, Ortho– Petey and Tony. I was always a rocker so it was rare that you would have found me here. But that doesn’t mean I don’t miss the old days when every group had their own spot and this one was theirs. PS… The parking lot here sucks.

Well… they are not the cheapest diner at all. Pretty expensive but the food is good. I am not really impressed with this place because some of the waitress’ can do a little better to say the least. The waitress I had when I came here must of forgotten her manners. I came here on two occasions but the second one was it for me. I came in and the friend I was with decided she could not find anything on the menu — we only ordered waters. Because we felt silly leaving we called over the waitress explained that we changed our minds and were leaving. We also left $ 2 on the table for her inconvenience of us being seated then leaving. Her response was a weird look, and walking away. She didn’t even say thank you. I understand that the situation is rare, but we were polite and left money for free water to apologize… some people leave $ 2 when they eat a meal [unfortunately], she could have at least said thank you, or no problem, or ok — not a nasty look. Speaking for my first time– food really was pretty good diner food. Hostess is always pleasant.

Super reliable diner — I love getting their curly fries. Their tuna melts are fairly good as well and for breakfast, blueberry pancakes are pretty solid. Servers are always nice and the diner is always welcome for late night food runs.

Is it me or all diners get their sausages from the same place and prepare eggs and fries the same exact way? You get full because of the huge portion, but I guess that’s what diner food is supposed to do. Overall…meh. I’ll come back when I’m craving for diner food but will try not to come back too often.

This place was always go to spot for my friends and I back in my high school days. Recently I came back here because I was just simply craving some good old fashion American diner food. The menu is simple and yet rather large. It has your classic diner food. The portions size are enough to feed an army. Don’t worry about not being full at end. I always go for the omelettes served with home fries and a side of toast. Another option are the waffles or pancakes. I think they are great tasting, classic, filling, and simple. On some occasions I go for the hot chocolate with whip cream or milkshakes. While they not be the most authentic kind of drinks, they seem to hit the spot for me every time I am here. With all that food you order, you do get a free complimentary cole slaw and pickles. That right there is a meal in itself. Always count on the food to come out quickly. No worries about waiting and starving to death. Sometimes simplicity is the way to go when it comes to a meal. There is nothing simple than classic American diner food.

Not sure why my husband keeps saying he hasn’t been here in a while everytime we pass by… well I guess opposites attracts? He likes the place, for me, not so much. So this morning, I decided to bring him here for breakfast just so he can stop nagging me about it, haha. The place in general looks dull. The lighting was dim, the décor looks old, but I did enjoy the old fashioned mini juke boxes on the booths by the window, only 50¢. The gentleman we had as our waitor was nice and attentive. Not only were the menus itself were big but the portions of the food were huge. But then again, for the prices, I would say the size looks about right. I had the french toast with sausage + an additional sunny egg on the side, thinking the food wasn’t enough for me and Karen to share. The french toasts are made with their homemade challah bread, moist, and fluffy. Comes in 3 super thick slices so it’s good for 2 people! For Derek, he chose the Hawaiian omelet(very creative?). Although, Hawaiian pizza is good, this combination did not work for me. Looked like the omelete was made with 4 eggs, cause it was massive. Loaded with ham and pineapples. The eggs could be seasoned with just a bit more salt. To sum up today’s morning date, as long as he’s satisfied with the place and cravings, I’m happy. Deep down, I’d rather be at Outback, just minutes away, instead. SHHH!
