Came in to upgrade my phone. Got a thorough explanation of the choices in iphones I had the option to choose from. The staff was very helpful and the customer service was definitely outstanding. Also, my dearest mother who is phone illiterate (G-​d bless her soul) had an unrelated phone difficulty that the sales associate took care of in under 1 minute!!! I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and their service is never off.

All bullshit aside, I am deeply satisfied with the service here… To begin with, they definitely treated me way better than most of the retail stores I have been to in brooklyn like on Ave X and Coney Is
What I actually appreciated above all else is that the first thing one of the sales rep there Benni asked was «what’s your budget?» Instead of assuming and conniving me into a budget I can’t afford. The workers were kind and patient. Patient is actually what I tend to look for because I am extremely picky with products and have a tendency of changing my mind constantly. He didn’t try to «shove» products that are way above my price nor convince me to «upgrade» my plan when I’m already satisfied with mine.
Overall, I recommend this location. Try to ask for Benni when you’re there.

Buying my phone was a breeze. They had an answer to every question, and gave me no problems when I had to replace my phone in the initial two-​week period.
I had an issue with a cracked screen recently, and while the insurance gave me a bit of a problem, all was resolved through the store. Really a relief to know I can count on them in case of further issues.

Great place. The employees are super helpful and make sure that you walk out with all of your problems solved. I had to replace my phone once so the guy called warranty and we handled it in minutes and I got a new phone a couple of days later. I used to use a different cell phone company years before and their customer service was horrible. Here everyone makes sure all your problems are solved. Anything you find out is precisely explained. Ordering a new phone after a contract is up is no fuss and gets delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

Great place, no fuss. No problem too big or small, they make all your dreaded cellphone problems go away. My mom recently (finally) got rid of her ancient phone and tried different smart phones until she settled on one and the guys made sure the process was as painless as possible. Customer service is top notch.
Not sure what the bottom reviews are about. I had tmobile for years and THAT was by far the worst customer service of all time. Everything came with an impossible fee. I switched to verizon a couple years ago and haven’t looked back. Go here!

Horrible customer service. I was generous giving one star. Totally unhelpful and always trying to pull dumb schemes that complicate and make you dread having to get a new phone.
