This store is the best! After a rather fishy experience with a seperate Verizon retailer (102 Fulton St.), something wasn’t sitting right. I checked my account and sure enough, something was up. I took my receipt into THIS location and they confirmed my suspicions right away. Not only were they helpful in sorting it out with me and showing the errors, but they were genuinely sympathetic to my terrible experience. The support was probably the best I’ve ever had. They could’ve easily been like, «Looks like you got screwed» and let me go on my way, but Ben took the extra steps to call Verizon support on my behalf and instructed me on what I should do next. He even gave me a spare phone to use in the mean time once mine was returned. He totally didn’t have to do any of that, but he did and that’s what puts this store head and shoulders above the rest.
After I sorted all that out, I went back the next day for a new phone and they were incredibly helpful. They even gave me a discount on the screen protector as a gesture of goodwill for an experience they didn’t even have anything to do with. They were above the board, kind and upfront about everything. Very friendly, very nice staff here. If you’re having any issues at all with your Verizon account, GO HERE!!! Excellent customer care!

I was at my neighborhood Verizon wireless store today because I had some issues with my phone. I was helped and in a flash all my problems were resolved. So if you should need some help I would recommend Ben. Ben can solve anything and presto like magic all is well again.

Very impressed by the high quality service I received here today. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and good-​humored. Ben went above and beyond. Solved all my problems (and I had a bunch) quickly and courteously. Great staff here.

I came in at the very end of the day, but Manny and Mark took the time with me and were extremely helpful and patient helping me select my new phone, walking through the payment options, and setting it up. Great service!

This morning I came in with my broken iPhone 5. I only came in with the intent to fix my screen but the customer service was just amazing, I was told I was eligible for an upgrade and ended up leaving with a brand new iPhone 6s. These guys were super helpful and gave one of the best service I’ve ever experienced!

I live a block away from a different Verizon store and I was totally disgusted by their attitude. So I decided to go to this specific Verizon store and I was totally satisfied with their help.
I upgraded my sisters phone to the iPhone 6s. They not only transferred all her stuff from her old phone but also saved me tons of money in my monthly bill plus adding me more data!
They also were so kind enough to give me a screen protector and phone case for a great discount.
Thank you Ben, Manny and Mark for your help I totally recommend this store to everyone.

Yesterday, I walked into Verizon with my mom with the intentions of upgrading her phone, and fixing the broken glass on my iPhone 5s. As soon as we walked in, a very attentive and kind young salesman, named Alex, came up to us and asked us if he could assist us. I really appreciate this kind of attentiveness because it makes me feel valued as customer, and it also shows me that they appreciate my time as well.
Within minutes, Alex diagnosed the situation and gave us an offer that was much better than what we had planned. Both my mom and I got upgraded iPhones (that day!), in the new color we desired, with all our stuff backed-​up, on the same family plan, for a monthly bill that was $ 10 less than what we were paying beforehand. Incredible!
Alex was very patient with us, and took his time to makes sure we were set up just right; he even took the time to set up the glass screen protectors on both our phones, and helped my mom navigate some questions she had about the new iPhone. I think Alex went above his job description yesterday, and I’m just really happy we made the decision to come to this store and do everything in person. It was a seamless process, and Alex even gave us a few discounts because my mom and I work for the Board of Education.
The whole process took a little bit over an hour, which was not bad because it was the two of us and we had a lot of questions and needs. So thank you Alex, and thank you Verizon for hiring people that are really efficient and kind!

I came in a couple weeks ago to purchase a new phone I ended up leaving with an awesome iPhone 6s. Manny, Ben, and Mark were super helpful Manny was even kind enough to offer me a water bottle being that I had just finished a bike ride in the area.

A few months ago, I cracked my screen and was waiting on the replacement to come in the mail. I stopped by the store to ask if I could get a temporary burner phone. The gentleman there took me under his wing and repaired my screen immediately. He was so sympathetic to my plight with the insurance company that he didn’t even want to accept money from me. He saved me the costly replacement fee and asked me to come back in several months when I would be eligible for a new phone. I visited the store again today to pick up my new phone, and again the service was first-​rate. I will be a customer for life.

These guys are great. They honestly spent the time needed to get us new phones, data transfered over and our plans setup right. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and know these guys will take care of us and advise of the right thing to do. They even stayed late to make sure we got everything right before we left. Customer service at its finest. Thanks again!

Andy and Ben are awesome! Someone found my phone and returned it to their store and they did a huge investigation to locate me, the owner! They saved me my deductible and I really appreciate their persistence and dedication to return a lost item to its owner. Rare to find such good caring people!

I came to this store to update my phone from iPhone 4 to 6 plus. Andy was the sales associate who attempted to help me but didn’t give me any information on the differences between the phones (I am technologically illiterate). He rang me up for the black iPhone without even asking me which color I wanted. I wanted the gold and after I said I would go somewhere else, he suddenly changed his tune and said it was available (I’m assuming just so he could make the sale). I also needed to know if my bill would increase based on the fact that it is an iPhone 6 plus but they could not answer this question. They ordered my phone but it came in silver. I could tell he only wanted the sale and couldn’t even give
Me straight answers. After I told them I explicitly ordered gold they argued with me over what I had said and ordered. I am paying almost $ 400 on a phone and I’m pretty sure I know what color I want. Andy or Alex (not %100 on the name) also said they ordered me a particular case that they would give me for a deal. The case was never ordered and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Terrible customer service and I learned nothing about my new phone despite the fact that I spent almost $ 400. I do not recommend this place to anyone. And left in pure frustration. Stay away.

today’s experience was one of the best I’ve had. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Ben and he answered all questions I asked, along with feeding me information I did not know.
I left the store after 30 minutes with a bag full of updated/​new devices and a smiling face.

If only I had come here yesterday instead of calling customer service 9 times. I returned from being out of the country for a month, and had used a Spanish SIM card, which I had been assured would have no impact on my phone when I returned.
Landed at jfk and turned on my phone, after reinserting my Verizon SIM card, needing to use Internet and contact family and friends immediately as well as find a doctor to go to asap who accepted my health insurance– tough to do when you can’t use Internet and the hold time for health insurance companies rivals only that of wait time for cell phone customer service.
No cellular data!!! I could only use my phone for calls and I texts. I double checked all my settings. Nope– phone officially fooked.
In hopes of reducing my own ptsd from the many many phone calls to customer service that occurred during a 15 hour span yesterday as well as any readers’ chances of vomiting, I won’t go into detail as to the content of each phone call. By the end of the day I was promised that clearing /​erasing everything on my phone was the only possible solution after everything I had tried. When even that didn’t work I was told to find a Verizon store and get a new SIM card. To make an already very long story shorter, Ben fixed my phone. He proved 8 374 848 times more competent than the 12 – 14 people I spoke with at Verizon.
Ben literally fixed my phone by deleting something in the vpn. It took him under 3 minutes to fix what 12 people on the phone didn’t even have a clue about. This is by far the best Verizon store ever. Probably cause it’s not part of the Verizon company and just a local office. So so so so happy!

Amazing! I came to get something fixed on my phone… not only did they fixed it they told me I could get a free tablet which is amazing! I use it all the time now and they will tell u all the great deals and promotions that Verizon is offering u! I can’t thank u so much Ben, I must give u 5 stars to show everyone how good u are. I had an upgrade so I came in here this afternoon to see how much an IPhone 6 was going for. It came out to $ 67 plus a $ 6 increase on my monthly bill for the 64gig. My initial thought was to go to Costco so I could get some free accessories, but because the employees were so helpful, I decided to skip the lines at Costco and just complete my purchase today.
While waiting for my information to transfer on my new phone, my friend and I began chatting with the owner and his two employees. They were super friendly and were able to answer a lot of questions about my phone and some other products in the store.
The owner offered to buy back my old iPhone 5 for $ 50 making my new iPhone 6 only $ 17. My phone was also cracked in a corner so I got a pretty good deal.
He also offered me a 20% discount on any speaker or any phone case for $ 20 since I’m so awesome. In the end, I walked away with a $ 17 iPhone 6 and a free screen protector (retails for $ 35). Not too shabby if I do say so myself.

I had wonderful service at this Verizon location. The two representatives were congenial, very helpful and extremely willing to answer all of my questions. Also the store is extremely professionally run by Albert and Ben!

We are a family of four and have been loyal customers since 2009!
I went in today for an upgrade and had a problem with my bill which I needed to call Verizon to resolve. Albert and Benny were on hand and let me use their store phone to call. I was stuck on the phone for 45 min-​1 hour but both guys were patient and very helpful! I ended up with the upgrade that I wanted and left there very happy! In the past, we have always been able to walk in and ask for their help with our new phones, apps, plans, etc. and Andy and Joey were always very helpful, informative and courteous! We have never had a bad experience with this wonderful staff! We highly recommend this place for your Verizon phones and services. Andy, Joey, Albert and Benny, we can’t thank you guys enough for taking care of our phone needs throughout the years!
