WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! WISH I COULDGIVE0STARS! My sister used this service for her senior prom, barely. The driver showed up in the wrong limo, poorly dressed, and an hour and a half late! When he arrived he drove them to the school, 5 minutes away, for the Pre-Prom ceremony. After the ceremony he was supposed to pull up to the front of the school and pick everyone up to take them to the catering hall for prom, just like the rest of the limos that other students had rented. However, he refused to pull up to the front of the school. He wanted everybody to walk to the limo which was two blocks away! We waited about 30 minutes for him to pull up in front of the school, but he never came! He drove away and left with everyone’s belongings in the limo! We soon came to find out that he did not have his license. All of the teens had to get rides in cars to their prom. My sister was in tears! This company ruined prom for all of these kids! Will never use/recommend them again!

I used this place for my wedding. .it was absolutely amazing! They catered to my special day and made it great. I had the infinity Qx 80 in white. Not only was it comfortable but my driver Robert was great as well. I would definitely recommend this company for your limo needs. They are also very professional with great communication skills.

We got our tuxedos and limousine from VIP. Aziza, the owner, was extremely attentive and foresaw our every need. My husband is a bigger fellow and the measurements Aziza and Wendy took were right on point and the tuxedo fit him like a glove! Just to illustrate how committed Aziza is to customer service, at the last minute the limo we had booked had a mechanical issue and Aziza upgraded us to an even nicer limo.

I needed a limo for my bachelorette party to take us from Brooklyn to Atlantic City. I called plenty of places but ended up choosing VIP Limousine & Tuxedo. They were moderately priced and pleasant to talk to on the phone. They were very efficient with our contract and answered any questions by email very quickly. Aside from that, that is THE only positive thing I will say about this company. When the limo arrived we had a lot of bags. I asked the limo driver to put them in the trunk and he informed us that the trunk was full. Really? How do you pick up 6 girls and have a full trunk? We had to keep bags with us on the our seats. Luckily, two girls that were originally planned to come with us had cancelled, so we had the room for our bags in their spots. If they did come, we would have had nowhere to put our stuff. We didn’t make a big deal about it at the time because we did have the room — but, honestly, the trunk should have been empty. After loading our bags, myself and 5 girls entered. From the minute we stepped inside, I was very unhappy. To start, the inside floors were very sticky. It was obvious there were spilled drinks and they never bothered to clean it. OK, it doesn’t take a lot to make me happy, I looked past that. Once we sat, myself and all my girlfriends mentioned that we smelled urine — yes, urine! It was faint, but needless to say, we smelled it. At this point, we were all loaded in without any other way to get to Atlantic City. I already had people waiting for us in Atlantic City, so at this point, we just needed to get there. After getting seated, I looked at all the cups they provided. They were all dirty — some even still had the lipstick stains on it! Luckily, I had brought my own plastic cups for our hotel room so we used our own. It really was dirty. The whole cup/bar area was covered in a red sticky substance — maybe Cranberry juice. Again, not cleaned. At this point, I was really upset. I immediately took my cell phone out and started taking pictures. Unfortunately, you can’t take pictures of smells(urine), or a sticky floor. But, I was able to take pictures of the dirty cups/bar area. A little while later, we wanted to play music — try to make the best of it. The radio didn’t have reception — just static. The limo driver told us we could use our phones and gave us a really dirty, sticky wire. It didn’t work. I had my own wires as well, and that didn’t work either. We told the limo driver on the highway. He pulled over, got out and checked and came to the same conclusion. It was broken. Wonderful — now not only is it dirty and smell but now we don’t even have music. I was so embarrassed. This is NOT how I envisioned my bachelorette party to start. I had to answer questions like«where the HELL did you find this place»?. I was so uncomfortable that I just couldn’t wait to get out and arrive at my destination. Not to mention that the air conditioner was not working. We had it turned it all the way up and felt nothing. The limo driver indicated to us that he was going to keep his partition up so that the cold air wouldn’t escape. When we felt no cold air, I knocked on his window and popped my head in to talk to him about it. Up front, by him, was SUPER cold! If anyone was getting cold air, it was him, not us. He asked if we had it turned up, I told him yes, and he didn’t know. Another thing, broken. When we arrived, we checked into our room and I immediately called the company. I spoke to Wendy who did sound concerned. She asked if I took pictures, I told her I did and she asked me to email them to her. I did and never heard back. I was in AC for a few days — enjoying my party. I knew I would deal with this when I returned. When I got back, I emailed Wendy again and received no response. I sent another email 5 days later, showing annoyance. Two hours later, I finally received an email from Aziza Cher. She stated«it saddens that you failed to report anything right away. If sincerely you acknowledged all what you stated the moment you entered the vehicle, a phone call/text/email within seconds could’ve resolved the issues at hand». I was TRYINGTOSALVAGEMYBACHELORETTEPARTY. I called AND emailed pictures ASSOON as I arrived. Her final words on the email were«I’m not sure quite what you are requesting from us, but sincerely regret you not enjoying your time in our limousine». Really? This is how you handle customer satisfaction? Terrible. Can you imagine if this had been for my WEDDING? I am disgusted about how they handled the situation and even more disgusted on how the limo arrived. These are not the signs of a company that you would want to depend on for any important days of your life — or any day for that matter. I work for a law firm and I do intend on taking legal action. This should never happen to someone else again. If you want to remember your special day for all the right reasons, stay FAR away from VIP Limousine & Tuxedo.

I would recommend this place over and over. We rented a limo for our daughter’s prom and Aziza more than satisfied our needs. She was patient, communicated even on Sunday nights and provided exceptional service. A1!!!

Put together a tux for my son’s prom — he was measured correctly, the tux fit perfectly, and was very stylish. They had a wide variety of styles and colors, and matched his girlfriend’s lilac dress perfectly for the accents. The manager was very accommodating, and filled a specific request we had without any worries or problems. Reasonably priced as well, this place is certainly worth the trip.

Rented this past weekend for my Bachelorette. Great price. Worked with Aziza and Wendy to coordinate. Driver(Rory) called earlier in the night to confirm he was on his way. Arrived on time. Was very nice. Hummer was everything and more music pumping, lights going. He returned at the appointed time, even checked in a few hours into the party to confirm pickup time. Would definitely recommend and book them again.

I got married on 5÷25÷2014 and had the good fortune to come upon Tux and limousine for my tux needs. The experience was great from start to finish; Aziza the owner was very informative, flexible with requests, and friendly to my 4 grooms men and me. I tried the bigger shops like mens wear house but it was the personal touch as well as the great selection of modern tuxes that made my choice easy. The price was very affordable and Aziza was glad to make changes last minute to ensure everyone in my party looked great on my special day. I will definitely be going back whenever I need to dress for a formal event.

We had the Hummer Limo and Aziza gave us a great price. It was 300 dollars cheaper than the Coney Island and Ave. Z one. The driver was great as well. Wish we got our tuxedos there as well because the place we went to was just awful. The person that did the measurements was away when we needed it done. Highly recommend!
