Whether it’s a renovated building in Fort Greene or a new condo in Tribeca, Gregory has seen it all. He is the expert guide to investors, sellers, buyers, and renters that knows what is needed and he has the people and companies on speed dial to get the job done.

The deep love that he has for real estate is a natural progression for Gregory, who was raised on real estate from an early age he was attending meetings with advertisers and contractors to rent properties managed by his family. He also brings hands on knowledge from assisting with the renovations and sales of multi-​billion dollar developments as a property manager and consultant for various realty firms.

Over 20 years of experience in New York and Florida has made Gregory an expert in pricing and marketing real estate. Skills that have allowed him to be successful without compromising services. He gains gratification by getting the job done and the ability to work with clients yet respect their privacy.
