absolutely the best pharmacy i have ever dealt with. Nice people very very helpful… simply the best act in town.

I used to like this walgreens… until they messed up on my prescription over the course of this week. Today is Friday. I gave them the prescription last Saturday, a full 7 days in advance. I need this before Monday morning. And now they tell me they did not place the order all this time due to authorization reasons. They claimed that most patients would not want to pay out of pocket in the event the meds are not approved. And if that happens, the pharmacy would lose money. And even if they place the order today, they would not be able to receive it in less than a week. Are you kidding me? What if I die as a result of not receiving such medication, then what? «I’m sorry miss but we were trying to save the pharmacy some money.» They are extremely incompetent as a team and unfortunately they give walgreens a bad name. All of them should be fired.

This walgreens is awesome from the pharmacy, employees and managers. The store is always stocked with sale items kept extremely clean and neat. Just love it. Great team and corporate needs to acknowledge this store out of all the other walgreens this one takes the cake.

A-​OK newer Walgreens in a busy area!
Luckily they have a decent sized parking lot and some free street parking on the side streets.
Inside is spacious but not as big as many CVS stores, with the typical seasonal section and aisle for greeting cards.
Just like most big pharmacies, they only leave one register open during the morning and mid-​day. Is it to build up long lines on purpose? To make the front of the store seem like it’s busy?
It’s pretty annoying, otherwise I’m OK with this particular location.

This Walgreens is so conveniently close to my house, that I’ve come to find that I frequent here often, which when this location was built, I thought how ridiculous it was; I take it back.
The parking lot is a great use of the space, and the store is always fully stocked to whatever I’m in need of — that last minute birthday card, that lily plant for my grandmother for Easter, that wedding magazine to plan your wedding (whenever you get engaged; you’ll be ready!) or to replace my current face moisturizer.
Even if you’re not in need of anything at all, you’ll most likely leave here with something — that’s for sure.

Nice! They moved in where the Foursome Diner used to be years ago, and I’m quite pleased with it so far. This side of Nostrand/​Marine Park was lacking in stores like this anyway. The place is clean, organized, well-​stocked, and very convenient. Prices are far better than the Duane Reade on Nostrand and U, so be sure to check them out if you’re looking for a break for your wallet.
