Wanted skin lotion which was locked away and requested to have it, after waiting for 15 min I was then told that someone went home with the keys .she said sorry ! Well sorry did not kept my skin moisturized .
2. Ask a rep who was sitting for location of an item was told he was off duty !

This particular Walgreens does not at all have enough cashiers to match the volume of customers they get, especially during rush hour going home time.
Walgreens is good for if you need to get emergency or off the cuff necessities on the way home but as far as being in an out in a timely matter, don’t expect to be out of here in less than 5 minutes because there is always a line and it seems that a lot of people that shop here buy more than what they really need at the time.
Added to that if you need pictures developed or need to take passport pictures as I did recently, good luck finding the person in charge of the photography part of the store… if they have one working that day or not on break. Took me close to a half hour to get my passport pics taken. Should of gotten it done else where and possibly for less money than the $ 15 I spent. Ugh

Why is there 1 cashier with this long ass lineeeeeeeee! A thought the lines are long here the employees here are very nice and always greet you as you come in. But like I said the lines ugh … I’m always complaining about long lines I notice

This store is very unorganized and messy. I have come to this store on many occasions and see the same thing over and over again; long lines and a complete and total mess.
My most resent visit I waited on line for too long while most of the workers who could have jumped in and worked the registers, just stood around «looking busy» aka doing nothing. It’s always an issue with the lines in this place both at regular checkout and the pharmacy. If you’ve got time to waste, come to this Walgreens but if you want to be in and out try the other Walgreens a few blocks up.

This store does not even deserve a star. I came back to visit family for a week in Brooklyn and I dropped by this local Walgreens to pick up some snacks and personal stuff. The store is relatively new but inside looks like a junk yard. Shelves half empty; products misplaced everywhere; a shady looking security guard who kept following me as if I were going to steal something (I think someone needs to check up on him); the aisles are small and narrow; and cash registers are extremely pathetic for Walgreens standards. Obviously, management needs to be disciplined or replaced; otherwise don’t even bother calling it Walgreens. Huge disgrace!
