I live right across the street so I’ve used them for over a decade. Very honest helpful shop for your neighborhood hardware needs. Mr. Wilensky and his assistant will explain things, share their knowledge, and give you their opinion and recommendations on everything from keys and locks, plumbing washers and pipes, faucet sets, etc. This is a local business that cares about gaining your trust so they wouldn’t push the sale if you don’t need the product.
The best part is he duplicates car keys at less than half the price of car dealerships. Although it takes some time for him to order in the blanks if it’s not in stock, but worth the wait. In fact, after the spare key suddenly stopped working in 2.5 years, he was willing to help me send it back to the company who programs the chips inside the key, no charge, no hassle. That is truly great service.
