I like this place. The food is cheap and always fresh. I particularly lkie the tex mex chili nachos, and the general tso chicken

Is it fair to review something I haven’t eaten since the earlier 2000s? I don’t know. BUT, I remember it enough to review. This place had by far some of the best wings I’ve ever had. They ONLY served«Chinese» food back then. I was shocked to see reviews about tacos, haha. I also remember being served a meat that I was 100% positive wasn’t pork, beef or chicken… To this day, I still wonder what it was that I tasted. Someone joked earlier about dog meat *shudders*

This place sucks! Never ordering from here again. Panda Garden is way better! The shrimp dumpling noodle soup was questionable. It was some sort of fish product in the dumplings but was not shrimp for sure. Noodles were swimming in a bland watery broth. Waste on money.

I don’t know about their Chinese food but they should definitely stick to that if they’re so good at it according to the reviews but as to Mexican menu I received at my door step they should not continue. The chicken was dry, the burrito looked like a gyro and don’t get me started on those cheese nachos. Stick to Chinese food, not Mexican. Sorry.

General Tsao(steamed version) taste great and healthier than the regular version. I love the steak and Onion(spicey). For a small Chinese joint they out-cook others in the surrounding area. I’d recommend it to anyone.

What? Such a low rating? This place hands fucking down is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had they should become a chain instead of Panda Express and dozens of other chains who don’t compare to them. Greasy that’s what it’s about it’s delicious their cold sesame noodles are high quality their egg rolls are superb the beef in garlic sauce is my favorite dish when I was in college I wanted them to move next to my campus so everyone can enjoy most underrated spot order mostly 2 times a week

I love this place with all my heart. Why a four star rating then? Because while observing my skin(adult acne) for the past 5 years of dining frequently and infrequently at Win Hing, I truly suspect that their Guacamole Nachos cause me to break out. Without their Guacamole Nachos, I’m lost, and my world is like an empty globe. I’m kidding, but I LOVE their nachos!!! I truly wonder what it is in their food that seems to consistently give me this reaction, or if I’m denying myself the goods for no reason. They have an «A» in their NYC cleanliness inspection, and have a permanent place in my heart.

They really need to learn to listen. Every time I order tacos from these people and ask for no salsa and just sour cream. They fill the bag with just salsa. This has happened 3 times in a row in a span of 2 weeks and because of their listening problems I don’t tip anymore. Things you should watch out for. do your own total and make sure your orders total matches up with their. Don’t be afraid to ask why its so high either. I ordered from them once. Just 5 steak tacos and a black bean soup and it came up to $ 25. I asked why its that much and repeated not only my total I did before I ordered but the price. They then stayed silent and said oh we made a mistake it was then dropped to $ 19. This isn’t the first time a restaurant I’ve ordered from tried this in bay ridge. I’m not sure if it has to do with getting a bigger tip and thinking the customer wont notice or seriously being very lazy. The food is good I cant say much for the Chinese food since I don’t order that from them but their Mexican food is okay. Other than that this place would be perfect if they would listen and stop trying to over charge for literally nothing

they should keep the food perfect and send home the rude lady(not the skiny one) from the counter.

Its not as gross as the reviews have made it sound… I LOVE their General Tso Chicken… the sauce is delicious, ya its greasy but its yummy and has a lot of flavor. They are really nice there and they deliver on base. The food always comes to the door super hot and with free sodas… We’re fans.

This is your typical Chinese food restaurant but the food is fresh and delicous. I particularly enjoy their boneless ribs and the mixed veggies with oyster sauce. They have a great steamed diet menu of healthier versions of food they already make for when I feel like saving some calories! They also sell Mexican food which is always fresh. I love the veggie burrito. They deliver quickly and the people are always really nice.

This place just has your basic greasy junky chinese food, at a good price, it doesn’t stand out as anything special but it is tasty and not at all bad, and if you only have a few bucks to spend and want something filling and tasty that will get to you super fast this is for you. Once they delivered to me within 15 minutes! The people are really nice here too. They have tex-mex here which I’ve found is actually better then the tex-mex I’ve had at any other chinese place, one thing they make great here is guacamole surprisingly, I really suggest thier Guacamole taco for $ 2. The food tends to vary depending on who is cooking that day, the general tsos chicken is super awesome most of the time and so is the sesame chicken. The american food they make like buffalo wings and fried shrimp always taste yummy. Once dish to stay away from like another reviewer mentioned is the sweet and sour chicken– it’s very chewy and hard and blah. But they are decent enough if you want basic chinese food, just as good as any other basic chinese food place.

Wow Tom Z, some balls you have giving this fine place a 2 star rating… You better keep a close eye on your dogs and cats over the next few months, and hope they don’t become the next special. Win Hing is indeed greasy, but for the price, the food is tasty enuff and the place is run like clockwork. Its yet another asian run place that does chinese and mexican(this trend is quite hilarious) Just ate a quesadilla from there 2nite that was damn good and my brother had the steamed chicken and mixed vegetables(he eats like a f*g.) Both were good and costed less then $ 10 total. In this economy, I ll take it!

When we first moved down to Bay Ridge we used to get our Chinese take out from Win Hing and over the years it just got WAY too greasy and added too much MSG. I would have to drink a gallon of water to get a headache to subside. The sweet and sour chicken is pretty much a fried stick of some meat encased in dough. The sauce is neon red syrup. I mean dont get me wrong the folks the run Win Hing are great, it’s just that my stomach always has other plans for me.
