Kamil was recommended by a broker who suggested that we sanded and finished the floors before we put our condo on the market for sale. His pricing was reasonable (much much cheaper than re-​doing the floors). Kamil definitely knows what he is doing. He also suggested that we finished the window sill but I did not listen. After the floors were finished, we realized he was right about the window sill and called him back to finish the window sill as well. We are very satisfied with the results and the process took only a couple of days. Now our floors looks much nicer and clean, and cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Kamil to anyone who wants to give their floors a face-​lift.
