Yair was paid $ 15,000.00 for a commercial installation. He was asked to install 8 heating and cooling units.
Prior to installation, I was asked to upgrade the power box and add more breakers so that they can power the units (this cost a separate $ 2,000.00).
First, the installation— this guy and his partner are buffoons. Constantly fighting each other, dragging paying customers into arguments, constantly being difficult.
Finally, when they finish and leave, ONLY 3 OF 8 UNITS WORK.
I’ve called them repeatedly, to which they provide one of these answers:
1) «You don’t know what your talking about» — These guys will say anything to take away their responsibility for poor workmanship. The hooked 5 units to one breaker and 3 to another (instead of 4 and 4 on each breaker)
2) «Sure we will come» — After heated phone calls, he says he will come, and he never shows up.
3) «Not enough pay for this job» — Um excuse me, YOU QUOTED ME, not the other way around.
These guys are terrible. I’ve asked them to fix the issue multiple times, I’m now finally threatening with legal action (given the size of the payment).
Yahir, call me to fix this or I will litigiously end your world.
PS: Look up litigious before you call this a threat, as you so often carry a victim card.

Do not use these guys. I called for two issues: broken dishwasher and very squeaky dryer. They couldn’t fix the dishwasher and said I needed a new one (which may be true — in any case, I got a new one). They put a new belt in the dryer, but when I went to dry a load, it was still totally squeaky. I called them back, they said ‘no problem’ and put oil inside. The squeaking actually got worse! I decided to call someone else because I don’t think they knew what they were doing. The guy at Servue fixed it — said it was an obvious problem and knew exactly and also said that one should NEVER put oil in this type of dryer. So, I would stay away from these guys — they are nice, but have no idea what they are doing.

awesome prices fast and efficient fixed our washer machine in one day got the parts right away and told us what to do to maintain it so it wont happen no more i would not call any other repairman but them

They picked up the phone immediately when I called about my broken dishwasher and sent someone to my house within 4 hours that day. Vlad was the technician and he was amazing. Very polite and thorough. He figured out that both the circuit to the dishwasher was faulty and that the electrical board was broken. The five stars is really for the honest opinion that Vlad gave me on how I should move forward so that I got the most value out of my dishwasher. Will definitely use them again.

Hired for dryer vent cleaning. Guys are professional, good communication by phone, fast efficient service. Very straightforward experience. I will use their service again.

My refrigerator stops cooling one morning. After calling several appliance repair companies unsuccessfully, most of them didn’t want to come all the way to far Rockaway. I finally found these guys. They came right away, were very knowledgeable about the problem and worked me through every steps of the repair. They were professional and the price was affordable. I recommend them to anyone with a fridge problem

Middle of the night my refrigerator compressed goes couldn’t open my fridge all night and I made a phone call early in the morning. an hourv later they arrive and all the food in my fridge stays in spoiled. Glad I didn’t have to throw it all out. Really recommend yairs amazing service.

The a/​c in my vape shop decided not to work today so I searched for the nearest repair service and yairs popped up. They where here in 20 minutes and my shop is nice and cool now and the best part is they didn’t rip me off. Thanks guys
