The people who work here are young and don’t seem to understand the value of good customer service. I wasn’t greeted when i walked in, I asked the girl at the desk(who was sitting with 9 other girls who appeared to be doing nothing at all) if i can ask a favor, right away she showed a face of disgust and nodded no, and i simply went on to ask if I could borrow the basketball pump for my flat basketball I was carrying. I have a Y membership upstate, and they have no problem loaning me their pump when i ask, so maybe i just had high expectations. The girl just continued to nods no, and says they don’t have a pump, a second girl say they do have a pump but that the needle gets stuck, at that point i didn’t want to use it even if they did loan me it. This time is not much different from the other times i’ve been here, they need new staff, people who understand we work in an era where one bad experience can be the one that makes a review online so that potential customers are aware. Aside from the staff, the facility is decent, they have everything you want.
