I have found my new yoga home. YO BK is a warm (no pun intended), calm, welcoming place to be. The teachers seem highly skilled. The owner is like a ray of sunshine. And the studio itself is bright and gleaming. I’m not an expert at Bikram, but the instructor was very encouraging and provided plenty of guidance. Last but not least, the entire studio was spic and span. I didnt even hesitate to walk in bare feet in the shower area. This place is a true find.

Amazing experience! Just love this place. The studio is tranquil and beautifully designed –very clean and spa-​like. The class was great. I loved the teacher’s style — extremely clear and energetic, a perfect combination of gentle and strong. The place buzzes with a warm, personal, low-​key vibe. Try it!
