Honestly this Dr doesn’t deserve one star. She has zero customer service skills. But the worst part is that she has no idea what she’s doing. She billed my insurance for the visit charged a co pay and said «oh I really don’t know what this is». I went to Dr Ilyash who knew exactly what I had and he removed it the same day. One of the worse doctors I have ever seen.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I’m not certain where it is she got her training but, it wasn’t at any med school that’s for sure. Has zero costumer service, talks down at you, let’s you know that she’s a medical professional. She might be a medical something but, she ain’t no professional. She’s a 5 star bitch and she’ll remain that. I do not recommend anyone going to her ever.

The doctor literally treats you like a piece of meat at a butcher shop. No explanation nor consultation at all to the treatment being done. I had a tiny fibroma removed and somehow ended up with 6 stitches. When I inquired about wound care or healing process she dismissed me and said that the nurse will explain everything. The doctor then walked out without as much as a smile. The nurse was just mean; her response to my question about the size of my scar was a simple «I told you so, but you chose to get cut up.»
