We moved in a month ago and it’s been a struggle. The super is very nice and tries to help but management does not seem to give him the tools or proper information to help. Our apartment was dirty when we moved in and several things were either broken or just incredibly shoddy work. Email seems to be the only way to get a response but they take forever to respond. I’ve never been able to reach them via the phone because they either don’t pick up or hang up on you and the voicemail isn’t set up. It’s not the worst situation I’ve been in but I would avoid this company if possible, they are unorganized and just don’t care about the tenants.

Since moving in mid December, we have not had a good experience. From the moment we picked up the keys for our apartment it was complete disorganization and bad communication. We’ve had to submit multiple complaints through email that have yet to be responded to. When we call the office no one picks up or they say hey will call back and never do. We can’t even turn to the sup of the building because he speaks no English. Right now we are feeling very frustrated and stuck.
