I was traveling through the area when my serpentine belt snapped and I required service. I was towed to Bartlett Ford where I could not be more impressed. The staff ensured I had transportation to a nearby hotel, even if it meant driving me in their own vehicle. The service technicians inspected not only the broken belt but what may have caused it as the belt was relatively new from a different dealership. The staff even prioritized my service as they knew I had to be elsewhere for business.
