I went to Car-tel communications on Sunday. Hooman Mobasser helped me find a new phone, plus he went over my bill with me because I had a question on it. As a result he found I was being overcharged and is saving me about $ 100.00 a month on my AT&T bill. When we were finished he walked us to the door and told me to call him with any questions. This excellent service wouLd never happen at an AT&T store. In fact I was on a chat with a rep from AT &T before I went to Car-tel and the online rep from AT &T didn’t help me. I highly recommend Car-tel.

Do not go here. The manager, Hooman, does not know anything about the products. He sold me an iPhone 5C and tole me it was the same as the 5S, just with a different processor. The phone is terrible and does not function properly. I brought it back for an exchange and he did not know the store policy so he made a phone call. He said no to an exchange as well as an upgrade to 5S. He told me to go to Apple, which is wrong too. Don’t waste your time with at this location. They have no knowledge and they do not back up their products.
