Home & Business Adjustment

Home & Business Adjustment Co is a public adjustment company. We had a flood in our basement towards the beginning of October. The only money we’ve seen from our insurance company is their original offer, an amount we would have gotten if we hadn’t gotten a public adjuster (only we wouldn’t have had to pay a fee to the public adjuster out of the offer). We have a letter from their office stating they were going to negotiate for more money but we have yet to receive an update. Their office has been called numerous times for an update since we haven’t heard anything since November. Multiple times I am lied to that someone will call me back but no one ever does. They have given the impression that Hurricane Sandy victims are keeping them busy but that is not an excuse to not call your other clients back. As much as I feel horrible for those who lost so much due to Hurricane Sandy, Home & Business Adjustment Co should not take more clients than they can handle. I’m tired of chasing these people for an update.
