I’ve been practicing yoga for years, but the only place I ever took formal classes was at the local Y – perfectly fine, but not a real yoga studio. When I got pregnant last June, I was determined to find a quality prenatal yoga class nearby.
So thankfully, this beautiful studio space just opened up in Lawrence Park Shopping Center. They offer a wonderful prenatal yoga class on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and their prices are very affordable ($ 90 for a 10-​pass card!!)
They offer other levels of yoga, as well as martial arts.
