This place is so underrated! For more than a year now we go here once a week to meet all our grocery needs, spending $ 60-$ 80/week for two people, which covers everything from vegetables, fruits, meats, breads, dairy, snacks, and drinks. The vegetables and fruits can be priced at 50% less than what you’d find at other grocery stores. The caveat is that you may have to be a bit more selective as some of the goods can be over-ripe or bruised. It’s probably best to go on the weekends when the store anticipates heavier traffic and the goods are more vigilantly stocked. They also sell kitchen staples such as rice, olive oil, and spices at discounted prices. We often get store-brand snacks and our friends cannot tell them apart from the name-brand equivalents. In fact, sometimes the packages inside are exactly the same as a more expensive store’s. For example, PriceRite Instant Oatmeal and Wegman’s Instant Oatmeal have identical packages on the inside but the cardboard boxes outside are designed and priced differently. Another thing we love about PriceRite is that they almost always have really good deals on name-brand goodies for a limited time. As a couple of examples, recently they had three varieties of Ritter Sport chocolates for 99c each(more than $ 2.50 elsewhere) and Rockstar energy drinks for $ 1 each(though this has since gone up). We shop there every week and almost always find sweet deals like these. I can go on and on about all the good things they have, but you should just check it out for yourselves. We have saved so much money by switching to PriceRite for groceries. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, so don’t be shy and give it a try!

PriceRite, why have I waited so long to shop with you? PriceRite is a branch off of the Wakefern/ShopRite corporation. Pricing on some of the items found here are similar to ShopRite’s pricing. You’ll even find some ShopRite brand products being sold(which is not a bad thing!). But there are a lot of deals here, too. Overall, the prices on most of the items here are reasonable. If you only wanted to make a trip to one store to grocery shop, I’d recommend coming here. The layout of the store is very similar to Aldi — pallets and boxes stacked with food, acting as aisles. You have the option of bringing your own bag or being charged an extra 10 cents for a plastic bag. They have a bagging station by the door. The only reason why this location lost a star is that a lot of the produce isn’t the freshest. The prices of the produce make up for it! I managed to spend under $ 5 on 6 pieces of produce and a small box of grape tomatoes. However, 3 of the pieces of produce had black/grey indents and holes. An apple I had not only had some of that, but a huge bruise that I managed to miss. Also, some of the onions were soft/leaking at the store. Now I know to check the produce a little better.
