Bella Nails

I have been going to this salon for over year and it never stops amazing me. I originally starting going here because it was close to my job, but now I will make the 30+ minute drive fort heir amazing talent. I have tried other salons closer to where I live, closer to my new job, and even my old salon back home… none of them measure up. I will never go anywhere else for my nails.

I usually spend twice the money for a pedicure. I tried this place because I was in a hurry. It was just okay… I felt that it was hurried. These places just don’t get the cleanliness thing. It’s a VERY BIG DEAL! My lesson is: you get what you pay for…

A friend and it decided to go get our nails done, and thought we would try this place. We arrived at 630 and they said they were really busy and asked if we could come back at 715. We said sure no problem, and actually came back early, because they called and said they were ready. After waiting another hour, this one lady said to my friend «I’m not very good, but let me put your tips on while you wait.» My friend said okay as I continued to wait another 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. So let’s keep track, we went in at 630, came back, waited an hour, so that’s close to 2 hours. By the time they got to me I said never mind. My friend continued and when she was done the polish was bubbly, there was polish all over her skin, and her nails looked awful and crooked. I’m glad I decided to pass. My friend is going to another place tomorrow to have her nails fixed and have to pay more money. I will never set foot in this salon again, what a horrible experience!

my pedicure cut the side of my big toe so that it crippled me. I had a mani pedi before a conference, had to wear heels for the next 5 days. she cut the whole side of the nail to fix a non-​existent ingrown nail. The cut was inexcusable for any professional nail salon, but excruciating to have to deal with for the next week. It was swollen and full of puss, and the throbbing would wake me up at night.
SAVE YOURSELF!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I was driving around looking for places to get a pedicure and surprisingly couldn’t find one anywhere. So I stopped here since there is always one in a mall. I wish I kept on driving.
There was one chair open so I didn’t have to wait. I get to the chair and notice small black «dots» floating in the «clean» water. Um, yea. Normally at this point I would walk away, but the impatient side of me said to stay so I didn’t have to drive around even more. Note to self — get Internet on phone.
Anyway, so after that is cleaned up the pedicure went OK, but the massage part lasted about 1 minute total. I don’t have warts, fungus, bunions or any other disgusting foot disease, so I don’t know what that was about. How disappointing. I’m not coming back here.
