My daughter and I took our cars to Broomfield Auto Service for brakes. This was a second opinion for my daughter’s car since the first estimate from a competitor seemed pretty high. They came in three hundred dollars lower than the competitor’s estimate after determining that a caliper simply needed lube rather than replacement. They checked out the brakes on my car and decided that I didn’t need replacements for about another 5K miles. I feel as if I received honest answers and excellent service.

I rented a uhaul from here and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The person I spoke with acted like I was inconveniencing him and he didn’t give me information readily. I had to ask a million questions to get information about prices or he would have let me get off the phone without knowing anything. When I picked up the vehicle the person at the desk was not friendly and didn’t act like he cared at all. It made me feel un-​welcome. I won’t use them again.

Hostile, ill-​mannered, I paid 52.00 for them to quote me the most expensive starting option, WITHOUT taking my car apart to troubleshoot, as it turned out. My advice: if your vehicle breaks down 12 feet from their shop, have it towed somewhere else, it would be worth the extra effort to NOT have to deal with these people.

We were heading on a family road trip and renting a U-​Haul from this place. Scheduled a trailer pick up for 9am. Showed up at exactly 9am and Jeff at the front counter said some other guy was the «U-​Haul guy» and as he was with a customer, he would be right with me in a few minutes. I say OK and go and sit in their waiting area, maybe 15 feet from the front desk. I’m wearing a bright red shirt. 15 minutes go by and no service. 20 minutes in a guy walks in and says he needs a U-​Haul truck. Jeff (at the front desk) says… oh here’s our U-​Haul guy, he’ll set you up. I turn around and tell them I’ve been waiting for the «U-​Haul guy» for the last 20 minutes. They say, oh sorry, we didn’t see you there and continue to help the customer that just walked in. Didnt see me? I’m 15 feet away wearing a red shirt! Jeff says, sorry that’s not my job, I told you to look for the U-​Haul guy. I’ve been here the entire time! Sooooo… sitting here going on 45 minutes with no service. Finally, the U-​Haul guy helps me. No apology for the wait, no remorse and then no thank you before I left. Terrible customer service, very inconsiderate… won’t be back.

Friendly, great service, and they didn’t rip me off. I had been taking Fernando to the Mercedes dealership for service because I figured they new smart cars best, but they gave poor service for high prices. So, I sought out a mechanic who knew smart cars. Being a woman, it always feels like a dice roll with these things. I’m so happy the dice landed on Broomfield Auto Center. They made my day :)

Went here for a quick oil change. Everyone is very friendly, they fit us in pretty quickly, and while they changed the oil they also fixed a part of our car that was semi broken and needed adjusting. We had mentioned it when they asked if we had any issues with the car and they fixed it free of charge. Nice surprise and no more weird sounds coming out of our car! Great place! :)

I needed a headlight replaced super fast. This place was able to do it in less than 10 mins. Super great!

Received a «Welcome to the Neighborhood» voucher for a free oil change from BAC about 2 weeks after we moved into our new home. Didn’t have a wrench on the North side yet so I was excited to get a chance to try one out without going out of pocket. Called to set up an appointment, dropped my car off, had it finished same day and the voucher was accepted without a hassle. Jeff and the other guys I talked to were nice, helpful, and courteous. No a complaint and my Focus is running like a champ. Thanks BAC, you got yourselves a new customer.

Fair and honest. I have had several major repairs completed here. There pricing seems very good and they are honest!
