When i arrived to Dr. Pitts office its fair to say that i had no hope that my pain 1 year after the accident would ever go away in my lower back. Bilateral transverse processor fractures, L1-​L5 and S1 facet fracture has left me in pain for an entire year. Dr. Pitts and his assistant were so smart left me wondering why did it take me a year to find them. Now 5 weeks after my first set of PRP injections and I feel 70% improvement. I had issues with sitting standing and bending before and while they are not gone they feel soooo much better. I am confident that another set of injections will heal me. So grateful to Dr Pitts and staff. Thank you

I am a physician who underwent a stem cell injection in both knees. After performing the procedure, there was absolutely no postoperative care. I had serious complications with severe stiffness, swelling, and pain in the foot two days later. I e-​mailed and called the physician, but he never contacted me back, despite the fact that their office said to call at any time with any problem. However, after collecting the last cash payment, they stopped contacting me or caring about me.
As a cash paying physician colleague, I would have expected much better care. Typically, whenever a patient undergoes a procedure, he should get a 3-​month period of postoperative care, which this clinic apparently does not perform.
This clinic claims that their procedure is experimental, which grants them the privilege to collect cash payments. But with experimental surgeries, you need constant follow up in order to assess the outcomes, complications, successes, and so on. However, their procedure is only experimental for the mere sake of collecting money, since no follow up care is provided or even offered, despite contacting my primary physician (at that clinic) with severe complications.
Prior to my procedure, several local patients of mine, as well as other family members, were excited to hear about the procedure, because they were interested in it as well; however, I have and will continue to give them terrible reviews, because this clinic’s care is less than substandard, and their focus does not seem to be about patient care, but instead about financial gain.
