Event Lighting Rental

They were so easy to work with when obtaining lighting for our wedding– offered to meet us at the venue to give us a quote. They showed up on time for set up and for break down and there were no issue at all. They were responsive and the lights looked beautiful. Not to mention they were totally affordable and 100% willing to work within our budget.

We were planning a wedding from long-​distance. We live in California and had to rely heavily on their phone calls and emails. They communicated really well. Dan text me multiple pictures for what we are renting make sure the right thing. The main thing we rented from them were 12 foot tall curtains, they were absolutely beautiful and served our purpose perfectly. We also rented pipe and base for the lighting system we were bringing with us. for poles with the weights it cost $ 100, 25 a piece. All of the curtains we rented cost approximately $ 800. We were very pleased with the curtains as well as their service in delivery and pick up. Would highly recommend for any service.

Overall I liked working with Event Lighting Rental; they were easy to work with and had great prices. I used them to set up market lights for my wedding and I love the way that it turned out. Whenever I called I was able to get in touch with someone and they answered all of my questions. They even went out to the venue the day before and called me when they realized that we might be overloading the circuit. The best thing about them is their pricing, my event planner had a quote that was nearly double what these guys charged me so that was great. There were a few negatives, the people who came to set up the poles looked a little unprofessional, the girl came in wearing really short shorts and a crop top that didn’t leave much to the imagination. I don’t care what people wear normally but when you are coming out to work for a client I would think that you might want to dress a little more modestly. I had several people come up to me and ask who the lady was who was not wearing any clothes! The other thing was the presentation, the lights were great but I wish they had something to cover the poles with; just some fabric would go a long way. At my event there seemed to be a lot of straps to secure the poles to the ground which is great I want them to be safe but when you have blue and red straps everywhere it does not look really clean and crisp. Just some black fabric to cover the poles and the straps would have been great and something I would have been willing to pay extra for. In the end they were a good vendor with great prices. The space looked beautiful all lit up at night!

Event Lighting Rental did a fantastic job with our lighting. I was very happy with the end result. They got to the venue on time and everything was set up well before our ceremony started, which was nice. No vendors frantically running around.
It costs about $ 500 for 10 uplights, so it’s not a cheap addition to a wedding. Many of the guests commented on how much they liked the lighting, and in all honesty I thought no one would notice.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because two different people gave me two different price quotes (one being $ 100 more expensive), but in the end they did honor the cheaper quote which was the right thing to do.
