Extra Space Storage has wonderful customer service. They informed me of the options I had and I got to pick the storage unit that best fit. I was able to view the unit before purchasing it. I was impressed not only were the grounds well cared for but the units were very clean. Setup was fast & easy and my cost were broken down so I could understand them.

Well I just signed a contract two weeks ago after much back and forth to get an internet deal that initially they would not honor after being quoted on the phone. Also beware that the size of the unit you agree upon will not actually be the size that you rent. Perhaps this the common practice but it’s poor ethics if you ask me. Then once you get in there they try selling you on insurance, packing tape, locks etc. I once had a unit with them and the rate was constantly going up so I expect this will happen again. Couple of good things I can say is they are clean and secure.
