I went in with the sole purpose of lowering my wireless phone bill. The service representative was nice, but the things we were told do not jive with my bill. Instead of lowering my bill, it actually increased with $ 85 of overage charges that he assured me I would no longer have if I monitored our usage and increased our plan before the end of the billing date — which I did. Not really sure where the overage charges came from, plus the line discount we were suppose to get did not show up on our bill. So, another phone call, many wasted minutes fighting with Verizon :(NOTHAPPY!!!

This visit was by far the BEST experience we have ever had at a Verizon store. Chris one of the district managers was amazing! Answers to all of our questions and even got us hooked up with some awesome Internet service from Comcast. Who knew that they could do that? Wow! So happy with the service we received from Chris. Thanks Chris for an incredible customer experience.
