I would give this place ZERO stars if possible! I took my car here twice for an over priced oil change just because it was close. Later my car broke down and when I took it into the dealership that specializes in the make they told me that it didn’t even look like the oil had been changed for two oil changes! They said that the oil was very very low and that it was extremely black and tar. There was no leaks in my engine so the oil should have been full. I still had 1500 miles until my next oil change, anyone would know this is not normal. When I took my vehicle into grease monkey for the oil changes I just dropped it off so was never there to monitor if they even preformed the oil change. This place is a rip off they don’t do the work and just take your money! Beware of this unethical company!

We were randomly driving by here and decided to make a stop for a oil change. The man who greeted us was very friendly and told us our choices for services. He never tried to pressure us into getting something that was more than we needed. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.
We were in and out within 15 minutes. I felt as if the customer service was outstanding compared to other places that we’ve been for oil changes. Normally mechanics and other car service employees tend to be extremely short and sometimes even rude if you don’t fully understand what they are talking about.
They even offer a 15% military discount. We will definitely continue to come here. You should too!

I usually only go to the dealer for my oil changed but this time I was well over due and the dealer couldn’t get me in. Glad I found this place! Everyone was very friendly and the service was super quick! My car returned to me cleaner than when I gave it to them — they wiped down the window and vacuumed the drivers seat. I will be back!

I came in on a Sunday. It should have been open, but it wasn’t. I sat there for about 40 minutes. So, I wound up going home after a while.
I talked with them about it and they were very good. They told me that I could come back for free oil change. They even through in free windshield wiper blades and air filter. Good job too.
So, they deserve 4 stars for making an awkward situation feel right. I will definitely come back!

The best place in Broomfiels for an oil change. They are honest and on point. I was in and out in 15 minutes last week. They always treat me with respect. Vaccuumed the inside of my car. Cleaned my air filter instead of trying to sell me a new one. Topped off all tge fluids and even checked the transmission fluid. They also washed my undercarriage. Love these boys.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change on a Honda, I was immediately told it would be a 45 minute wait (not terrible for the time frame.) After they gathered information from the car they came back in and began to put me in the computer. I didn’t give him my address for personal reasons (I don’t like receiving junk mail), I think this agitated the man, he then asked for my phone number and I said I rather not give it.
This really agitated him, he closed the program, stepped away from the computer and said «we wont be able to service your vehicle then, ill pull your car around back». I asked what he wanted my phone number for, to which he explained it was required for warranty purposes. So I cant change my oil in my car unless I own a phone? I gave it to him anyway.
He then said «the only oil we have available for your car is $ 86.99. Your business revolves around changing oil in cars, why are you so limited on stock? I told them «in that case I will leave then». I believe they really wanted to get rid of me because they were falling behind on work and its easier to deal with less customers. Do you really want money to walk out the door? The place is a dump, small cramped waiting room that’s filthy. Staff have little social skills and really give mechanics a bad rep.

They didn’t talk much which I guess is ok since they were really fast. I could totally understand since I’m not that pretty. It says my review is too short so I guess I’m just going to keep on writing some bullshit. That’s all I gots to say.

I didn’t have much time to wait for an oil change so we dropped off my 2011 honda civic. Came back 3 hours later to pick up the car and they said they didn’t have the right filter. And would never have the right filter. For a honda civic? In the three hours my car was at their shop, they didn’t have 2 minutes to call and tell me there was a problem. I definitely have not found my new favorite oil change place. I won’t be visiting them again for any of our vehicles.

Troy, Nick and Marty were informative, helpful, honest and just down right awesome. I had all I needed and they even vacuumed my hellacious car floorboards. Super quick too, less then ten mins.

Should not close before stated hours are complete. Makes it difficult to plan your day and I think represents poor customer service.

This place has terrible management and service. This is the second time I have come here, the first time was just ok, but today I waited for twenty minutes in my car waiting to be served and no one came. They weren’t busy by any means. I finally just drove away.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The waiting room was clean and didn’t include the conservative talk radio at that other Grease Monkey location we won’t mention.
Best of all, they didn’t try to upsell me with 47 other services that I’d rather schedule with my mechanic. They showed me that my air filter was fine and didn’t need replacement, and I was on my way in 15 minutes with a pink carnation left on the dash.
Thanks, fellas! See you in 3 months or 3500 miles…

I’ve been getting my oil changed at Grease Monkey locations for years, but for the last 4 oil changes, this location tops the rest!
Quick service, kind staff and thorough explanations of what has been done/​what needs to be done with my car. I trust their advice and appreciate their service. The washed windows, vacuuming and flower left in my car are above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a car service shop. Kudos to you!

This place is great! The staff here is polite, friendly and just all around great. They are efficient and fast, so you can get in and out with little hassle; plus there is hot coffee in the lobby while you’re waiting.
I have had nothing but good experiences and have been coming here since we moved to the area in 2006.
For a great price, they not only change the oil, but fluids get topped, car is vacuumed, windows are washed and tires are set to the right pressure. Oh, and it’s so awesome when they leave a flower on my dash when they’re done.
