I’ve had so many different problems with this whole company and this location in general. Ranging from awful customer service to the products showing up three weeks after I order them. Once experience I had a hat that I ordered show up and the size was what I ordered but the hat didn’t fit. I brought the hat into the location. So I brought the hat into the flatiron location where they had me stand around for 45 minutes while they tried to figure out the situation. After trying to sell me another club membership they informed me they had just sold out of the hat and I wouldn’t be getting it. We need a better store to get a decent hat shop run by people who aren’t completely incompetent

Eh. Not impressed. Store is way too small for the amount of merchandise they have. Then add a few customers to the mix and you’ve got a nightmare! Not the selection of local teams that other Lidz stores have.
