New Attitude Aerobatics

John Blum is an excellent pilot, with a very relaxed attitude and well-​earned confidence. The experience is a bit of a blur because being in the pilot seat is a fairly unique experience to most people, including myself. John makes it a breeze though, and lets you play. After take-​off he simply said: «OK, you’ve got control of the airplane now», and patiently waited while I bumped us around for a bit, getting used to how sensitive the controls are. The Pitts S-​2B is a beautiful plane with the perfect aerobatic look. As appropriate as the look, it flies fantastically! This airplane will make you experience things you never thought you could feel. Be prepared for an intense, exciting but completely safe experience. John knows what he’s doing, and listening closely to him is all that is needed to have an absolute blast! Well worth the money, and be careful, you might just get hooked!

I bought a gift certificate for my husband as he loved his experience with U-​fly in New Zealand. I was thrilled to find a location in Colorado where you can fly the plane and do spins and rolls. I knew he would be excited. YES — you get to fly the plane! After the flight my husband could barely eat dinner because I think he lost his stomach pulling serious G’s. The plane is a beauty and if you are game you are in for a thrill this is a cool thing to do– or if the person in your life likes thrill seeking adventure than call John and surprise your loved one with a gift certificate for an aerobatic flight.
Tip– Don’t follow GPS to Yates Court– make sure the address is on airport way! John the pilot has his home address on the web not where the actual plane is.
