Courtney and Larissa give this place a bad name. Bad customer service. Did not help or even attempt to. I wanted to try on a blouse and couldn’t even get the assistance to open a dressing room for me, they were pretending to «fold clothes».

This is my all time favorite store to shop at for nice clothes. They do have screaming deals on mostly everything. All their ‘new arrivals’ are in the front, but if you wait about a month and a half, they will eventually go in the clearance area. This NY&CO is not very busy, so most sizes seem to still be available. I like how clean and tidy it is. The one downside(and I know this is supposed to happen in every retail clothing store) is the incessant questions about opening a NY&CO credit card. Saying ‘no’ one time isn’t enough. You have to repeatedly say no to the five questions about opening a credit card are asked by the store employee while they are ringing you up. Not okay!

I love this store. Being 5’2″ I love the fact that I can always find pants here that don’t need alterations. They also have average and tall lengths too for the ladies that are more vertically endowed. Additionally, you can find a good mix of casual and dressy clothing here along with affordable accessories. I have to say the best thing about this store are the sales, the last time I was in, I spent $ 77 and saved $ 130! I got a pair of shoes, three pairs of pants and a dress for less than a hundred bucks! Awesome. Also, if you sign up for the rewards program, which is free, they send you coupons by e-mail on a continual basis. Most of the time, the deal is $ 30 off a $ 75 or more purchase. For someone that appreciates a bargain and cute clothes, what’s not to love?
