On Guard Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Thomas cleaned out a couple of plugged drains in my bathroom. Great guy. Quoted me a fair price on the phone but when the job was easier than he thought he charged less. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. I’d use them again.

Nobody is excited to replace their water heater and you feel at the mercy of a plumber when it happens. I received great feedback regarding On Guard from the Next door App so I have him a call.
Thomas, the owner, and I spoke prior to our appointment and gave me a couple of suggestions to try to see if there was another issue instead of a replacement (very generous of him). It didn’t solve the problem, so I called him back.
Thomas arrived that same day with Charlie and first did a diagnostic to determine if replacement was needed. They walked me through what was happening and gave me an estimate for the replacement.
I was extremely happy with the work and their professionalism. Their price was fair and I am completely happy!
On a side note: Thomas is a veteran with an impressive career and I was happy to support his small business! When you call On Guard, Thomas answers and is the one doing the work which I prefer over a large company with a dispatcher.
