I love this restaurant’s Thai Fried Rice… I was in Thailand for 45 days when I was younger, and the rice seems very similar in content and quality. The other dishes can be somewhat generic in quality, and similar to cheaper Chinese restaurant«vegetable filler» type dishes… Overall, not bad considering that it is just down the street from my house. VERY quick delivery!

I came here for dinner and ordered combo a which consisted of beef and broccoli, chicken chow mien noodles and served with your choice of rice. The food was served hot and fast, the portions are very generous enough to share and have some left to take home for leftovers. The food was very flavorful and a treat for the taste buds. Definitely will know to share when i come here to eat lunch or dinner.

This is our go to place for Chinese food. The food is always great and the delivery service is always fast. Try the sesame chicken with all white meat. My mouth is watering thinking about it.

This is my favorite Chinese food, YUM! Been going here the past 15years. I love that they do not put mushrooms in the cashew chicken– it’s just delicious and wonderful and perfect, thank you!

We ordered take out on a weeknight via Grub Hub: eggplant and pork in mandarin sauce, Szechuan pork, two hot and sour soups, and white and fried rice. The good thing about Grub Hub is that you can write specific instructions. I opted for the eggplant/pork without any onions ‚…and there were none. That was the plus. The soup had a good mix of soy sauce, vinegar, egg, and bamboo shoots but it lacked depth of flavor. The eggplant/pork was missing the pork and heavy on the sugar, hence, I had a candy-like vegetarian meal. The Szechuan pork had all the ingredients that make up the dish but you couldn’t taste any of it because the cornstarch and sugar were SOOOO heavy. The fried rice had rice mixed with a smidge of soy sauce. A good fried rice dish includes peas, egg, and carrots or some other vegetables. Overall, this was a disappointment.

I have been going here for years and love this place. I have tried many Chinese places and so far, in Colorado, this is my favorite. Wonton soup is excellent and dishes are large and yummy. Crunchy, fat, fried noodles for my soup. Service is fast and good, friendly. Always leftover food as dishes are large portions. Clean food and shrimp is clean. Fried and steamed rice just sticky enough. We drive from Wheatridge to eat here… as you see, the far drive is worth it

I read through the reviews before writing mine. I’m thankful to say that I’ve never had a bad experience here. Reading the others, I can see how things things might happen. But for me, the food has always been quite good, with excellent portions and attentive waitstaff service.(Sometimes the server’s English is questionable.) I’ve never had a mistake on an order, and the turnaround time from placement of order to food being served is fair and reasonable. Pricing is in line too … I’d have to say I’m not unhappy at all!

Just came to pearl wok after a late night craving of some HOT and sour soup on a cold snowy night. The soup was COLD, after informing our waitress she informed us she would have to «microwave» it. Not something I would tell a customer but OK fine, I get it. Then our entrée comes«mu-shu» beef, beef is tough and once again cold. Rice– cold. egg rolls also cold! So at the end of our meal when we didn’t even eat 1 full mushu egg roll I decided to complain because in the end all I ate was 1 microwaved cup of hot and sour soup. and my partner ate some fried rice and half a mushu wrap. So the manager comes over and is very RUDE, he says well what do you want me to do and then He says what do you expect when you come here past 8PM… wait WHAT?! You’re open until 9:30, its not like I came in at 9:25 and expected to dine in. It was an hour and a half before closing. And if you can’t serve hot food, maybe you should consider taking SOUP off the menu after a certain time if you can’t serve it HOT like it says in the name of the menu item! I don’t know if we will ever be coming back. I felt so disrespected by the manger, I know it wasn’t the owner Tom but he should have more respect for his clients, especially when we told him we have been coming for 12YEARS and we KNOW the owner. guess we’ll have to find a chinese restaurant closer to home that knows customer service is just as important as good quality food. He could of easily made us happy instead made me more furious!

I came here for lunch and this is how it went: short wait from when I entered till i was seated waitress was efficient and friendly short wait from when I ordered to when food was on table . the food was very plentiful, there was enough food on my plate for at least 2 maybe even three people. Very good value for your money. plus each table gets a kettle of tea, a bowl of what looked and tasted like fried chips with sweet and sour sauce. the menu was plentiful and had alot to choose from, plus the price of the food was very reasonable. While eating here, they played Christmas music, and it reminded me of the scene from the movie«A Christmas Story» When the family went to a Chinese restaurant to eat Christmas dinner and the waiters sang«Deck the Halls»

It’s incredibly disappointing to have to write this review. Pearl Wok has been a favorite place of ours for many years. Lately the quality has gone way down and I don’t trust ordering from there anymore. The last two times have been honestly awful. The sesame chicken, which has been amazing in the past, was fatty and disgusting this last time. The MuShu was unrecognizable as MuShu in flavor and it was sour like it was rancid. Everything else was definitely subpar. I don’t know what happened and it’s makes me sad. I hope they can recover their quality that I know they prided themselves on in the past. When you spend $ 100 you expect to enjoy what you order.

HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE! Not only was the lady taking my order so rude but the delivery driver didn’t want the $ 3 tip I gave him. So he threw it back at me. If they were easier to deal with on the phone and didn’t take 15min to fucking order my food, you would have gotten a real tip. Assholes

Been going here for years! Excellent Chinese food! The beef Skewers are one of the best I’ve tried, Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Lo Mein are all great options!

Ordered meal that totaled $ 13.75 before tax, they told me $ 17.60 was the grand total. I asked why it was so high and they said it was tax. I told them tax on $ 13.75 is not $ 3.85, and finally she told me there was a delivery charge. I said I ordered because I got a menu in the mail and the menu says«FREEDELIVERY». She laughed at me and asked if I still wanted it.

This is our new favorite Chinese restaurant! Great décor, clean, good service, and great food. I had the lemon chicken. The chicken was done but not tuff with a nice lemon flavor. My wife had the shrimp and snow peas. It had lots of shrimp. she said it was the best she has had in a long time. We will be back!

We had a great experience here lastnight. The staff was nice this is BIG because customer service in Colorado sucks! The food was really tasty which says a lot because… well… no one goes to Denver for Chinese food. So I would say overall this is so far the best place to eat a good Chinese meal in the Denver area. Yummy! :)

I order Pearl Wok ~once every 1.5 weeks for delivery, and it is consistently delicious. Super speedy delivery, nice staff, HUGE proportions. Highly recommend the pad thai — Pearl Woks is addictive. Good gyoza, soups, wontons, and pu pu platters, too!

i ordered fried rice and they gave me white no fried rice at all, the teriyaki chicken is not teriyaki chicken I’m not sure what they gave us white chicken with bland stale vegetables? the crab ragoons were so disgusting! I have never paid so much for food that was uneatable! I will never order from this place again! I would love a refund but I know that will never happen. so disappointing! Zero stars!

I don’t order delivery often but when I do, my go to is Pearl Wok. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the food is pretty good for quick Chinese. I was disappointed tonight because the person who took the order forgot an order of crab cheese wontons. When I called to let them know — they only offered to a give a free one next time if I «reminded them.» They have so much potential to be a good Chinese delivery restaurant and small gaps like this: getting an order wrong and not even wanting to correct it — is super disappointing. I get a lot of other ads in the mail and I may give them a chance in the future.

Pearl Wok used to be the Chinese food I compared other Chinese restaurants to when traveling. It has been going down hill steadily for the last few years, but now it is truly terrible. Unfriendly staff, bland food and pricey. I’m done, tonight was my last trip to Pearl Wok.
