This review is based off the uhaul rental side of it, so the auto repair I am not reviewing, only the uhaul. Terrible rental experience to say the least, the old lady doing the rental had a very difficult time inputting all the information something that should have taken 20 minutes turned into 45 minutes or better. Anyway bless her heart she was nice, but not her place to be doing uhaul rents. Anyway on return, she seemed a little rude, and she wanted me to move the uhaul around to another location after I had parked it, she acted as though she could not drive this truck, well anyway, I did not have to move it but she seems dis-​organized and worried and lost, never rent here never.
