Skeleton Performance Optics

I have been a customer of Skeleton since 2013 and was recommended by a friend. My husband was extremely satisfied with the quality of their sunglasses and is now up to 3 pair, 2 of the same. I ordered his 3^rd pair this last Christmas and had to reach out to Skeleton to even gain my shipping information a week after the order was placed. I recently purchased replacement lenses 11 days ago, the funds have been withdrawn from my account, and have received nothing. I have attempted to contact the company twice now and am on the verge of contacting my bank to complete fraud paperwork. I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. I have also began looking elsewhere due to lack of product, each time we visit their site they are ‘sold out’ of everything. I feel this business is slowly going down the toilet. I would no longer recommend this to anyone.
