Okay that’s a first. Never have I had a massage therapist attempt to pull down my underwear. On vacation and went for a couples massage, we were going to have an hour, when this happened about 20 min in I quickly told my boyfriend I forgot we had something to do and cut it to a half hour the min allowable. I would never return! If I could give no stars I would.

I came here with a friend for a foot massage after a trip with a ton of walking. At $ 25/hr, I thought it was a worth a try. The foot massage was OK. You sit there with your feet in just plain hot water for 10 min and finally the foot massage starts. It’s decent. Then the last 10 minutes, you move and you lay face down on a table and they massage over the clothes — and that is by far the best part. It’s pretty intense and was unexpected. The main issue is that my massage therapist was also the front desk person, so he left 4 – 5 times to check people in and greet other customers. That was a bit odd and just poor customer service. It was decent for $ 25 plus tip. There are lots of opportunities for improvement. Also, the language barrier(they really try but speak limited English) make it incredibly difficult to ask for more focus in one area which is a shame. Still for $ 25 and really sore feet, it’s worth a chance or two. I’m not sure I would go here for the other offered massages(oil massage, acupressure, and a combination of the 2).

Never again. She massaged me without oil and lotion and I had to request it. She pinched my skin multiple times. I had to stop her and say no. Not that. She didn’t know what she was doing. I wouldn’t be surprised if these therapists were not licensed. I did not appreciate the crotch grazing as well. I recommend that you NOT come here. I didn’t know it was going to be a Thai style massage either. They step on you and use knees. I’m not a big person by any means. It was not comfortable.

I REALLY wanted this place to work out… I really did. So close to home, convenient, next to a great grocery… I’ve had several hundred massages in my life, been a marathoner for a while — this was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. My therapist was sadistic — yanking limbs, doing the ‘scalp massage’ so vigorously I came home and had scalp scabs for 3 days and it hurt to wash my hair. I’m not even going to discuss the lack of sheet covering. Ugh. I hope I just got a therapist who was having a bad day — regardless, I can never be convinced to go back.

Went back again because I had a great experience the first time. Had a lady this time and she apparently got angry that I didn’t give her a big enough tip. Probably won’t go back now.

My boyfriend and I will never return here again. I have lived overseas and have gone to the most sketchy massage parties but this sure beats all of them. We were greeted with no smiles, thrown into a room with no instruction, and the language barrier sucks. I kept saying softer throughout the entire massage but only got a sorry and giggle in reply. I even stopped the massage to tell her that it hurts and to be more gentle or find someone who could. This didn’t change anything to the point where I felt like getting up and leaving. They are very violating and will touch or expose privates. My boyfriend would uncomfortably agree. I was not planning on tipping my masseuse at all but felt inclined to throw in ten bucks but she wouldn’t let me leave without tipping her 25%. Just wanting to leave the place, I did.

Their website describes this place as an oasis from your ordinary world. This is definitely not my idea of an oasis. For me, a massage is about total relaxation. While my therapist was satisfactory, this establishment will never see another dollar of mine. Ten minutes into my massage, a woman knocked on the door and the informed my therapist and myself that they were very busy and we needed to switch rooms. I was told with a few words and gestures to wrap the sheet around myself and go to the room next door. I walked out in the hallway and looked into the other room. I immediately stopped as the other person having to switch was completely naked and still in the room. They had left the door wide open so he was exposed to the world, or more accurately me and the four employees loitering in the hallway. We turned and gave him some privacy to wrap the sheet around himself and they sent him into the room that I had been evicted from. The new room had two massage tables and a divider against the wall that wasn’t being used to give anyone privacy. I laid down on the other table, wondering if the sheets had been changed recently. I was glad that they didn’t ask me to get on the table the guy had been using; in the 2 minutes we looked the other way so he could get off the table and go to the other room; I had not heard the sounds of sheets being unfolded and changed. Then another woman was shown into the room, she saw me and stopped cold. She also didn’t realize that it was going to be a couple’s massage. Now she laid down on the table the gentleman had been using, I really hope they changed those sheets. :-(It was awkward sharing a room with a stranger. Also this room shared the wall with the grocery store next door, to be more exact it shared a wall with the carts from the grocery store. So every time you started to relax, you would hear a horrible clanging noise as someone returned or got a shopping cart. My massage was $ 50 for an hour. My recommendation would be to skip Spring Massage and look for a more professional establishment, one that actually has you fill out paperwork and let’s you enjoy your massage in peace. I’m fairly certain you can find a true oasis for same price.

This place is awesome, you can walk in on a Sunday at 6pm and get a great massage. Just don’t expect customer service in English! Not going to happen here.

I really wanted to like this place more than I actually did since it’s closer to home and work than the massage places on Federal. I went last night around 7:30p.m. and I think I was the only customer there. The signage and prices are clearly posted on their window and also on a sign that was on the counter. It was a clean and welcoming when you enter. I chose a 60 minute foot massage for $ 25. I was taken straight back o the room where they do the foot massages. The lighting was low, but not too low and you do a foot soak for 10 minutes. Then the foot massage started — I had a gentleman(didn’t catch a name) and he was actually quite rough. I’m all about firm pressure, but in general there didn’t seem to be much reflexology and like I said, he was just kind of rough. After about 40 minutes of massaging my feet and calves, they had me go to the massage table and lay face down. Still fully clothed, he gave me a massage on the back of my body. Again, he was using really firm pressure, but was just somewhat rough. In fact, I have a spot on my back today where it’s actually a bit painful he dug in so hard. That lasted for 10 minutes and then my time was up. The other weird part of this one is that they were playing 90s club type music low(complete with Britney Spears«Oops I Did It Again» 2 times in a row and Enigma) while I was in the foot massage room. I actually thought the Britney song was stuck on a loop and was starting to panic a little, but then it changed and the music kept getting weirder. The experience was just so much different than other Chinese foot massage places I’ve been to in Vegas and Denver. They are very accommodating though… right before I was done, a group of 4 came in to request foot massages and they happily brought them in and got them going. Like I said, I really wanted to like the place. I may actually try and go back and request a female if I’m ever desperate, but if I have the time, I’ll just drive down to Miracle Touch on Federal instead.

My feet have been sore for the last few days from running. I’m a bit of a massage junkie, so I know good from bad. I’m also kind of hooked on Thai massage. Some friends of mine rave about the foot massage here, so I thought I’d buzz down over lunch to work out some of the soreness. Part of me wondered if an hour of foot massage was too much… naaaaaay! You soak your feet for 10 minutes, then the fun begins. It includes calf massage — what runner doesn’t love that? Ended with 10 minute body massage, which was the accupressure deep tissue that is going to end my drives to Denver to see my Thai massage master! Whew! What the heck was I thinking that I could go back to work after this??? My therapist was Han, and he didn’t seem to speak English very well, but he’s very strong and knows massage, and that’s what counts.

The absolute worst massage experience I’ve ever had! Very unprofessional, no one speaks English, the room was freezing, would not honor my coupon pricing, and the massage itself stressed me out. BAd BAD!

I managed to mess up one of my hips post-workout recently, badly enough that I was walking oddly in Pacific Ocean Marketplace and wincing every step I took. No idea what is wrong with it although I have an idea what might be causing it. Sooooo, since 2010 is a new year and I should try out new things, I went to Spring Massage to try and fix things up. Never been to a Chinese massage place before… the people there spoke broken English but it was barely enough to get by and understand so things were cool. I was greeted by a young Oriental woman who never stopped smiling at me… I think they were happy for the business. They offer multiple types of massage here, oil and«acupressure» which is deeper — but by no means would I call what the female masseuse did«DEEP». If you’re in pain and something’s locked up, «sorta deep» isn’t going to make a dent. There was a funny, kind of stereotypical moment when I was led into the room when I was instructed«take off belt». *arches eyebrow* Really? ;)(lol) I did, pants fell to ankles, I looked at her with a «what now» look and she said«No no – belt *only*,» Hahahaha… funny! :) Good thing I don’t go commando. =^p I expressed to my masseuse my need to get pressure in «deep»…at which point she left the room and dragged back a male who vaguely resembled Jackie Chan. This guy not only massaged, and possibly did acupressure, but also performed body manipulation… stretching and bending limbs in odd angles, putting his full body weight through his arms into his knuckles onto me, really giving me a «post-workout-workout». Guy definitely showed some hustle. Slightly bizarre was the fact that(ostensibly) his wife stood in the doorway watching, and occasionally asking if things felt good, and the young Oriental woman. I just kept giving the thumbs up sign on the especially good parts. Apparently the massage was good enough to stun me into misremembering their hourly rate. When you drive into the plaza, a sign near POM says their rate is $ 30/hr — apparently that sign hasn’t been updated with the accurate price which is $ 40/hr for«acupressure»(was what I got an actual acupressure massage? Couldn’t tell you…). The prices vary pretty widely; they also do foot massage at $ 25/hr, combo oil body and foot massages, etc — all pretty well below what the standard market rate/hr is. Would I call it a great massage? No… but a fairly good one. Did it fix my hip issue? 90% at least… I left able to walk fairly normally again. This place is between Pacific Ocean Marketplace on 1 side, and Phở Duy and Phở 79 on the other, on the south side of 120th Ave in Broomfield.
