I purchased a chair at Staples. I used the chair for three months, but was never able to feel comfortable. The chair actually caused my back and legs to ache. So, after three months of using this chair I visited the store, knowing that the return policy for, «furniture, including Staples brand furniture, may only be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt.» I spoke with a representative named Christin. Instead of just regurgitating a «canned response» of the company policy she spoke with her manager to make an exception. I was able to return the chair for a full refund. That’s customer service! This is the reason why I shop at Staples. There always seems to be enough people to assist and they are always willing to help and make an extra effort. Extremely pleased with Staples once again!

Just the other day needed ink toner for printer so I started looking on line and noticed Walmart and Staples had the same product on sale, Walmart being about $ 5 cheaper. In bold letters however, Staples advertised that they did price matching, and with Staples being closer, decided to take them up on the offer. This was my second time visiting this location. The staff here is always friendly, I like how when I went to the photo department to ask where the ink toner would be, the guy working escorted me to the aisle. It was fairly easy to find and I shopped around. finding a few more things. I noticed their prices in general seemed kinda high, and I know I wouldn’t have time to «price-match» everything! When I got to the register a line started forming and two gentlemen hopped up to help! Overall, great experience!

The most unhelpful Staples in the land. Their motto is «we get it right the first time. Guaranteed.» Don’t believe it. It’s just a catchy slogan and is not at all indicative of how they actually do business.

Very poor customer service. They did not honor their word… The cashier told me they had leeway on their returns when in fact they do not! Maybe they should train the staff I bit better…

I come to staples or a fast, easy trip. This store makes it anything but. The copy center employees were rude when they finally decided to acknowledge me, and when I went to check out and had trouble with a coupon it took 15 minutes and three loudspeaker calls to get a manager out who was rude and also barely acknowledged my presence. The one redeeming factor was the wonderful checkout girl– Kiki, who not only apologized profusely for things that were not her fault, but was also the only employee who seems to be working, or caring about customers. Find somewhere else to shop for your office supplies.

This store is relatively small, but its well organized. The selection of school supplies is fairly large, and prices are on par with what you might pay at Walmart. My only real issue when I stopped in today was the check out process. Their check out lanes were a little disorganized; it seemed like they had three lanes open, but one was halfway across the store at customer service. Everyone was clumped in one lane, and it made checkout a little confusing.
