My 3 year old daughter took a beginning 3 – 4 year old dance class. She went to two weeks, and loved it. But after the second week the teacher«suggested» this was not a great fit and our daughter was not learning anything. our daughter has some special needs and is not as coordinated as some of the other kids, it became clear this was the issue and why the teacher did not want her in class. At three years old! I have never been so appalled or heart broken at the same time. Regardless of their talent I would never condone such narrow minded thinking, and people should want their kids to be taught any extra circular activities by more decent human beings! STAYAWAY.

We love Taps ‘N Toes! Classes are very affordable and accommodating for our schedule. Registration was very easy and the owner is always helpful and nice. My daughters have learned a lot and always enjoy the classes — they have taken ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop and pom pom. The choreography at the recital was clean and very age appropriate. The costumes we purchased for my daughters were priced very reasonably and looked very beautiful onstage. Most importantly, my daughters love the teachers and have made many friends during dance class. We could not be happier with our dance classes.

I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time. I felt the need to complete an entire season with Taps’n Toes before I could be impartial about my comments. Well, with almost 2 seasons under my daughter’s belt, we can honestly say that we love it here. They offer a variety of dance styles(tap, jazz, ballet/lyrical, and hip-hop). My daughter dances on average 6 to 7 hours a week; TnT offers a monthly tuition fee where she can take as many classes as she can fit in. Otherwise I do like the fact that they have individual class fees as well. Contrary to the other review, I believe the costumes are quite age appropriate and compliment the dance routines accordingly. They aren’t wearing crotch-high shorts or false eyelashes and the hair & make-up is definitely conservative. We did have some experiences with quality and costume sizing, but that is more of a manufacturer challenge. Ms. Jill, her daughters, and the entire staff do a wonderful job choreographing so many routines throughout the year. What I appreciate the most is that they do understand that my daughter has interests other than dance and we work through her scheduling during those few weeks where she is playing other sports.(yes…dance is a sport!) I would have given them 5 stars… I know it’s impossible due to the square footage of the Broomfield studio, but it would be nice to have a waiting room for the parents. Most times we have to stand outside if we need to converse. Makes it very difficult especially during the winter months.

My daughter enjoyed the classes, but I was very disappointed in the costuming and dance routines. The studio owner assured me when I signed my daughter up that the costumes would be modest and the routines would be appropriate for children. One of the dance routines(for five year olds) included spanking themselves on the rear end, and one of the costumes at the dance recital was a midriff-baring top with tiny shorts. I’m not interested in turning my daughter into a prostitot, thanks. I probably wouldn’t have bothered writing a review about this, but the disparity between what I was assured my daughter would be taught and how she would be costumed was an unpleasant surprise.
