I’ve been going to Christina for 2 years now. Not only is she a great stylist, she’s also a lovely person. I always enjoy the time I spend on her chair, and leave feeling extremely pleased with my cut and style. I have thick, wavy hair and she knows exactly where to cut so that it looks great through the entire grow-​out phase. Her prices are fair and her online scheduling is convenient. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait to get in with her, but she’s worth it. Just plan ahead!

Creative Christina and her fancy scissors go to town and transform beautifully! Plus her charming smile makes you feel so warm and comfortable as soon as she meet you!

Christina nails my cut and color every time. She really listens to what I have to say about my current likes and dislikes about my hair, and always has a solution that works. I told her that I wasn’t loving the way my long layers were looking thin and stringy at the ends, and she knew just what to do to give my hair a better cut and make it feel and look fuller, still keeping layers in my hair, and not cutting off more than I was comfortable with cutting! I’ve been to way too many stylists who tell ME what I want, and what THEY think is best for me. Christina really listens, and tells me how she can help me achieve the look that I want!
I also have to say that she uses a great color line, and I’m in LOVE with the hair care products from that same line (Davines). I appreciate that she is never pushy with trying to sell me anything, and even puts product on my hair so I can see if I like it before I buy it.
Her studio is nicely decorated, chic, and comfortable. She has coffee available (which is nice for those early morning appointments on cold days!), is always on time, and holds great conversations, making the time fly by.
She gets booked quickly, but she’s worth the wait! She is great at what she does, and really seems to have a passion for it, which is why I won’t go to anyone else!

This salon offers booking through Unilocal,so when I was looking for a new salon after moving into the area and saw the great reviews I booked through Unilocal straight away. The appointment was for Sunday ⁰⁹⁄₂₇. I couldn’t remember if the appointment was booked for 3pm or earlier, so at 10am on the day of the appointment I phoned and left a message with the salon asking to give me a call to confirm the time. Never heard a word back, so obviously didn’t ended up having an appointment. Not sure if it was a problem with the Unilocal booking being forwarded to them (I received a confirmation at the time I booked the appointment), but if someone phones you to check what time their appointment is, I would have thought that you would have the courtesy to phone them back. Even if it is only to tell them that you didn’t receive their booking. Guess this salon isn’t looking for new customers. Thankfully there appear to be a number of highly rated salons in Broomfield.

Went in this morning super nervous because I was thinking about going from long to super short hair. Christina immediately eased my nervousness when I showed her my idea, and totally nailed it! I love the way it turned out and she spent time teaching me how to style it myself. I was lucky to get in off a cancellation because she is booked out for like the next five weeks until she goes on maternity leave. I will definitely be back once again returns!

Christina is friendly and knowledgeable and as a new client I felt comfortable immediately. I received a fantastic cut from her at an affordable price, and am definitely going back. She also has online scheduling which is very convenient.

Unfortunately I never got a returned call to experience a good or bad haircut.
Update: the owner wound up emailing me and apologizing. I unfortunatly already made an appointment with a different salon by then but the response to the review was very professional and appreciated.

I have been to Christina twice now after going to a high end salon in Cherry Creek for awhile. I could no longer pay the outrageous prices for cut and color in Cherry Creek so I opted for a salon with more reasonable prices and great reviews. I found Christina on Unilocal and after reading her great reviews from her other clients, I thought I would give it a shot. I am so happy I did because she definitely does not disappoint. Christina is great with both cut and color, both times she did exactly what I asked. My favorite thing was she repeated what I wanted back to me just to ensure we were both on the same page. I will definitely continue to go to The Beauty Lab, I can’t wait to go back for some summer highlights!

What a delight! Christina totally listens to what you want. She’s expedient with amazing results. Book ahead because this girl is on fire.

I’ve been looking for a good stylist since moving to the area 2 years ago from NorCal. I have long hair, and am very picky about the cut and color. When I told Christina what I was unhappy with, she picked up on it right away, and made suggestions that I was comfortable with. Very reasonably priced, and friendly! I will be back to have her do my color in a few weeks!

I love seeing Christina! She really listened to what I wanted and my hair always looks GREAT when I leave. Highly recommend to stop in and see her.

Christina is the simply the best at what she does. I have long hair with layers and had been going to a local Aveda salon for a few years but never really loved how my hair cut looked. I had tried many times to explain what I didn’t like about it but the problems were never fixed. Christina listened to me explain what I didn’t like about my hair, took one look at my it and understood immediately what the problems were. I love what she does both with the cut and the color. And the products she uses and sells have transformed my hair from a dry brittle mess to something incredibly silky, which I didn’t think was possible. She’s also super smart and fun to talk to while she’s working.

Had a wonderful experience here. I love my color and cut. I found the prices very reasonable (especially compared to the prices I was paying in California). I found myself making my next appointment before I left (which is a first for me). I also bought product while I was there, but felt no pressure to do so. Cannot say enough positive things about Christina.

What I love most about Christina is her ability to listen and communicate before, during, and even after my haircut. She sat me down, asked me what kind of hair cut I was looking for. She listened to me, she understood I wanted a low maintenance cut that looks polished, but still long enough to be put up in a ponytail. She NAILED it!
Even better while cutting my hair she gave me tips on how she was styling my hair on my head, and how to deal with my crazy cowlicks. It works… you must see her to find out the secret;)
I am a few days into my new do, I just wash and let it air dry… I just got complimented on my hair in a hotel elevator by a women I never met. Never, ever happened to me, until now!

Christina is super friendly, affordable and great with hair.
I had a terrible cut before I went to Christina the first time and she did wonders for my hair after the very first cut!
I’ve been twice now for cuts and both times she has been super friendly, on time, knowledgeable and listens very well to what I want. I would highly recommend her.

Christina is AWESOME! I decided to go see her after reading the reviews on here and I must say, she lived up to her reputation and did not disappoint. I needed a fresh new color and cut after having it bleached to a dirty blonde color for 5 months (my natural color is a dark brown). I wanted to go with a dark reddish brown color and Christina totally nailed the color! My hair looks rad and I’ve gotten many compliments on it in just a single day. The cut is also wonderful and Christina told me she gives free bang trims in between haircuts. She’s also very friendly and her prices are very reasonable. You can also book appointments online which is so quick and easy. I have definitely found my go-​to stylist!
UPDATE: I’ve seen Christina 4 times since writing the review above and… she still rocks! We’ve done different colors and highlights and every time she does a phenomenal job. She’s def my stylist forevs. Love her.

Best haircut I have ever had!!! I have found my hairstylist for life. Christina is very skilled and a pleasure to be around. I am moving back to California in December but will be flying back periodically for family business and I will still go to Christina. She is awesome!!!

Trisha colored and cut my hair recently and my hair turned out great! Reasonable prices too and she got me in almost immediately!
I will continue to go to Trisha and have my hair cut/​colored!

Found this place through a weeklyplus coupon, and I have to say, what a find!
Christina is just incredibly sweet and adorable, and even though my coloring and cut took a little under 2 hours (pretty on par for my epic curly hair), her friendly chat made it feel like just a few minutes.
She refreshed my red color, and even 3 weeks later, I’m getting great compliments on the intense color she got to happen. I just had a little trim, as my wedding was coming up, but it really helped my hair shape, and I’m completely satisfied.
I loved that she didn’t double book clients, so I felt like her time with me was all my own, and that she could listen to what I said. I would absolutely recommend her, and will be back when I next need a cut!
