Tricked Out Accessories

Paid almost 160 for display on phone to be fixed. I could have paid 30 on line for parts but decided to give them a chance. When done was offered discount on accessories so I bought 6ft usb cable. I was in so much of a hurry to get back with my daughter at hair cut place I forgot my cable. Of course receipt and webpage does not have a number for the business. I tried calling mall from google but got wrong place in mall and was hung up on. So I went back to webpage and filled out the form couple days after purchase of service. I requested they mail out cable sine I live a distance away. No response whatsoever weeks later. So I try again get through mall to get number to tricked out. I asked them to mail cable. to me. Was called back and told company would not pay for shipping and he wouldnt pay out of pocket which I didnt expect him to. So I asked for a refund he was checking and called me back. I was then asked when I purchased item. He knew from all the information I gave him but I told him Jan 23^rd. Then before I could finish sentence I was told they dont refund after 6 days how convenient. I told him wait I sent message through your system to get this resolved days after purchase and was ignored. Of course sorry cant do anything. I asked for manager he said he might be able to get managers email but they just dont give that out. I said I didn’t want email I wanted call from a manger. Of course no callback. My point in this post is to warn people. Number one if you search on ebay you can find cellphone kits for like 20 on up. For my daughters iphone 5c it was 20 included screens screw driver etc… So they charge an arm and leg for parts and labor. The youtube video was pretty straight forward and not a real difficult job. Also if they don’t include number on receipt or web sight do you want to deal with trying to get warranty done for any work they did? I would beware this company doesn’t have any desire whatsoever to help customer out and deliberately hides contact information seems a little fishy to me.
