Wendy’s

I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru and no one took my order. 5 minutes in someone said they would be right with me, waited 10… nothing. The people before got their food and were long gone the person who pulled in behind me got their food by the time I parked and walked inside. This is a crappy way to make money never again will I even try to eat here.
This page as well as their sign in the store claims to be open till 12:00 A.M. which is a lie the employees just shut down and chain smoke outside at like 10.

We came in today with a group of about 15. The service was great! Super fast ordering time and even faster food time. Everything came out as we had ordered and tasted so great. My only suggestion would be to PLEASE WEAR GLOVES. The lady at the front counter, who was handing out our food, had made my chili and used her bare hands to put onions and cheese on it. (She had just refilled a tea from a customer, a customers dirty hands were on there!!!) Oh man, I was completely disgusted. Only ate it because I was starving but please, please do not do this in the future! YUCK!

I’ve been to this Wendy’s a few time and haven’t had any problems. Last night a few friends and I went through the drive through. When we got to the window one of my friends asked if it was possible to add an extra small fry to the order. The girl that was at the window Kayla was very rude and must have misunderstood because she looked at the receipt and was like you already have one. We explained that we were asking if it was possible to add another to the order. That seemed to really piss her off because she apparently didn’t know how to add it and had to ask someone else.
Once we asked she slammed the sliding door at us. Once the food was ready she practically threw our food at us. We had ordered drinks which she failed to give us so I waited there expecting her to hand them to us. He opened the door and says «what do you want?» I simply told her that we were missing our drink, which she then quickly handed us and slammed the door once again.
After forgetting our drinks we decided that it was a good idea to make sure that our order was complete upon going through all the bags we noticed that a small salad was missing so we tried to get her attention. She was once again rude and informed us that they would have to make the salad. Once it was made she rudely shoved it at me and slammed the door again.
By the time we left a long line had been created when at first we were the only one’s there. She created an unnecessary problem. We left without the small fry that we had originally ordered.
All four of us in the car have had experience in the food industry. It doesn’t matter how bad of a day you are having you never treat a customer in such a rude manner. I have never had such a bad experience and have someone act so rudely towards me in a restaurant.
Kayla should be embarrassed for her behavior.

My favorite fast food restaurant! Love all their chicken sandwiches and the strawberry lemonade is my fave drink :) this is where I go for when I feel super hungry!

My yearly reminder to avoid fast food occurred last night. Drive thru at 9 pm. Cod sandwich must have been double deep fried as it was hard, overcooked and without flavor. Fries were barely warm. plus a minute maid lemonade all for $ 6.26 (small combo meal.) save yourself some money and intestinal discomfort by using this review as your yearly reminder to not eat fast food.

Walking into a fast food place, you expect a checked out teen to take your order and money. And the highest praise was, it was really fast and they got out right.
I was pleasantly surprised today to be greated by a women named Raven with a real smile and I was even further impressed with how on top of her orders she was. She took mine and managed an order that looked complicated with various kids taking to her with out once making me feel like she wasn’t on top of my order as well.

Normally, one does not have very high expectations when it comes to a fast food restaurant. You order, you eat, you leave. But this time I ordered the new pretzel bacon cheeseburger. Over time you come to expect a flat, bland, lifeless meal. But this time I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. My burger came in a box, not wrapped in a foil lined paper, and actually looked the same as the one that they show in commercials and in the in restaurant advertisements. The bun was fluffy, the meat was plentiful and the vegetables (lettuce, tomato, onion) were fresh. The cheese was tangy and the bacon was crisp. It was more expensive than the rest of the hamburger choices on the menu, but it looked and tasted like I ordered it from a fancy sit down place with snooty waiters. Score one for Wendys!
