Came here to get a jersey framed bc I saw they had a special on custom framing for $ 99 that ended today. I figured I would take advantage of that. After finding out that the special pricing was only for printed and worded art, I figured I would pass on that.
The woman told me it would cost $ 250 – 300 to have the jersey framed, which I wasn’t going to spend. She then told me I could do it myself so I ended up picking out a $ 100 frame. I was expecting to spend that much anyways so I thought that price point was fine.
The 4 stars is mainly for my checkout experience and the money I saved. The cashier, Cindy, informed me that there were certain specials for frames, such as buy 1 get the 2^nd for 25 or 50% off. I said I didn’t want to spend an additional $ 25 – 50. She then got me to sign up for e mail coupons and what not. I only did so bc I figured it would save me money. Boy did it! Not only did I not have to spend an additional $ 25 – 50, or even $ 105(with tax) I got the frame for less than $ 50! Thank you, Cindy! I will definitely be back!

Not thrilled with the service. While I’m trying to look at paint colors, a worker stands in the way stocking. I felt so uncomfortable that I hurried up and left.

I like this Michaels store! Staff is always friendly and it is less crowded than the West Allis store. I always find what I want and if not the staff offers a better alternative.

This is the worst Michaels I’ve ever been to. It’s crowded, messy, and I don’t find the staff very helpful. It is painful to go there, and the quality of the stuff I buy is not great, especially their house brand «recollections». I wish there was a better option for me near my home.

Michael’s is your basic go to craft store. This location is bright, clean, and always well stocked. It has everything a crafter could need from foam projects, wicker baskets, yarn, needles, and silk flowers. I like this location for its framing department. They have always delivered on a nice framed print, etc. Their framing coupons make a usually expensive task, a little less expensive. I give it three stars because they are notorious for long lines and slow staff. Otherwise, it’s a decent store.
