After getting the hibachi a couple more times, I think this place deserves another star. It’s always cooked fresh to order instead of being held on a heat table, the portion of chicken is consistently generous for the price and it’s been cooked well every time. Tried the steak and cheese sandwich today and I really liked it a lot, I think it will become my favorite. Instead of the processed mince beef ‘Steak-umm’ patties made from ground unidentified left over beef parts, Peter’s uses the same steak as in their hibachi beef. Nice big cubes of steak, plenty of melted cheese, grilled peppers & onion, lettuce and tomato. Price was $ 4.99 for about a 6−7in sub. Added a small order of fries for $ 1.30 and they were thick, crisp, hot and just a little too greasy which is the way I like them on the rare occasion I indulge in them.
