Crooks! I took my wife’s thunderbird here when it was having transmission problems. Owner said it was something he could fix even though they were a «RV» place. His diagnosis was car needed a new transmission at 2300 bucks. Didn’t have the money so we parked the car for a few months. Got a second opinion at a transmission shop and it was determined that it was a modulator not a transmission failure. 50 dollar part and 100 bucks labor and the car was fixed. When I approached the owner of BVRV about this he simply said. He was a RV repair not an auto shop… he said he could fix my problem not figure out the«cheap/short term fix». BTWCARWENTANOTHER5 years before we sold it with no transmission problems. Second encounter with this outfit was with a fifth wheel hitch install. Though I warned my dad from using this outfit it was the only place in town to get the hitch installed. After 6 hours of waiting for a 2 hour job I picked my dad up. Truck was not done until the next day. The tech screwed up his newly installed spray in bed liner(which the owner did fix after a few calls and another all day trip back to his shop) but the hitch was installed wrong. Cost my pops a couple of days with out his truck and had to leave his trailer in our yard until the hitch was fixed right. This place is a nightmare! Drive a few extra miles to grass valley and go to DiMartinie’s or Yuba City and visit All Seasons or ET If you need RV service.
