Your response is inaccurate; at no time did I use such vulgarity towards you. I have spoken to vendors who actually provided service for the event, and all have said good things about me and my wife.
At the end of the day, you may not be able to control how other people act towards you, but you can control your response. Your actions are unbecoming of a businessperson, and I, as the customer, want the world to know about it. At no time is it approapriate to belittle someone and use foul language.
I fired you for a reason; and your response to my posting reaffirms that I made a good decision.

I am currently looking for a wedding DJ, and Mark has been very accommodating. He worked to pair me with a DJ that would compliment my personality, and has consistently checked in to ensure my satisfaction. Another very accommodating, polite, and professional DJ, Ty, even met with my fiancé and I after hours just for a consultation. A very helpful and professional business, looking to help a stressed out bride in a time of need! Love them!

Wonderful, friendly, professional. You really can’t go wrong with using Mark for your wedding. Honestly, I don’t remember all the music that was played because the whole evening went by so fast but I remember it being fun and not having to worry about a thing with Mark. He really listens to his clients and I love that he also listens to the guests and played some awesome requests. He is a lot of fun to talk to about music as well, my husband and I are crazy music addicts. I am very glad I went with someone like Mark.

Our ceremony music was perfect. It sounded clear and was at the perfect volume. The microphones sounded great and were at the right volume, too! All of our names were announced correctly, including correct pronunciations! There was great music played during dinner. The reception music was fantastic, and Mark helped change things up to get more people dancing when our requested songs didn’t quite do the trick. ;) Mark looked professional and formal. We hardly noticed that there was a DJ, but he set the mood, moved the events along throughout the night, and got everyone to dance. Our wedding day was perfect, and much of that is thanks to Grapevine!
