Do not live here. They will make every attempt to rip you off when you move out. I lived here for 2.5 years and I would not recommend it to anyone. Carpet is ultra cheap and started coming up in the first month I lived there. They charged me $ 316 to replace the carpet when I moved out. Walls are really thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. All grass areas are covered in dog poop. You can’t walk in any of the grass without continuously dodging dog poop. It’s really disgusting.
These apartments are built extremely cheap and the management will try to make you pay for that. That’s about the shadiest way a property management company can run a business.
